Reasonably priced quality 4K TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was very straightforward and only took about 15mins including software updates over wifi. I couldn't find a single issue with the software used on this TV and found it easy to navigate all of the menu options. I'm still dialing in the preset picture options, (color, contrast, sharpness etc.), settings for 1080 viewing. I was able to stream both 4K and HDR10 over wifi with a sharp, clear color correct experience using a factory preset. I only used the on-board speakers for a couple of minutes before switching over to my stereo setup and found they were on par with other in set speakers. The passthrough audio worked perfectly over optical to my home theater setup. This set definitely works well with 4K and HDR videos and you'd be hard pressed to beat this quality for the price.

television goes out several times while watching p

I brought the television on 12/22 , it was working fine. two weeks after the purchase I am having issue with the set. I will be looking at a show/program and then the screen goes dark. Can anyone help me with the issue or should I return the television. HELP

Big upgrade!

Very happy with this purchase. Was deciding between 3 different 70": Vizio, LG, Samsung. While I can't speak about the other ones, the Vizio has performed incredibly well. It is surprisingly light and thin. It was incredibly easy to mount as well!

Best value for the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio is one of the best TV ever. The features are so awesome and the best part is that it doesn't cost a fortune. I love the fact that its so compatible with my Yamaha 4K receiver and the PS4 Pro. Love the all the features like, smartcast, airplay and chromecast built-in.

Many Features I don't use

I got it a couple of weeks ago to replace my Insignia, which went south. The HD picture is not what I would see on my 5 year old Insignia. I am using OTA antenna and cable TV such as Netflix. For some reason the OTA is not as clear on some stations. I've tried to adjust the color and settings but noticed only one channel has a slight white overlay sheet. So am gonna live with it. However, for Netflix, it comes in clear.

Please read.

Paid 300 for a 50 inch tv that can run 120 FPS, all good on that, volume is ridiculous, tv has to be all the way up to barely hear it, bought a sound bar for it, doesn't work because the o ot sound bar that will work in the vizio tv has to be a vizio brand.

Great TV but I got a bad one

I've only had the TV for a couple of months now and I'm already having problems with it freezing and turning off and not being able too turn it back on with out having too unplug it and plug it back in. Other then that I love it the picture is awesome and it is very easy too work.

Very Convenient

I was a little annoyed with how long it was taking to update the tv but once that was done, there was nothing but love. It is so simple to use and really easy to control with your phone or tablet. The Air play is my favorite feature and I really enjoy watching this tv. Definitely would recommend

Vizio V-Series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Will never buy another Vizio product again. The programmers have made it difficult for owners to navigate channels. The remotes are not user friendly. Exiting UNWANTED apps is time consuming. The tv screen does not revert back to full screen. Never buying again. I have 15 year old Vizio TVs that are sensational. Stop aggrieved purchasers and hire educated people.

It has done dirty things to my eyes

This Tv is great, the interface is so simple my father could figure it out. And the sound is surprisingly good to not have a sound bar. I started up my ps4 and I was prompted to use a color mode just for gaming , that is something that blew me away. Pros+ + great picture is smooth yet holds plenty of detail and no grainy look either. + sound is fantastic is clear and the speakers really carry (now I can play a game without the girlfriend yelling for me to turn it down, because the clear sound) + the interface is very simple and plenty of sound modes and pictures mode. + very light anyone can move it without fear of breaking it. +all the HDMI ports are easy to get to so you don't have to move the TV to plug up your Blue rays, and game systems. +tons of movie apps to kill time with. Cons- -sometimes Hulu crashes for no reason and is a bit annoying. -no roku.
