I have an Queen Applause II in my guest room which I slept on for 8 mos during a remodel. I needed a new mattress in a Cal King for the master bdrm and bought the same mattress as my guest room mattress , thinking it would be made the same. Well, it isn't. The mattress I received doesn't have the same amount padding in it as my other mattress. It killed my hips and gave me a back ache. Even the picture has more padding in the mattress than what I received. To try to remedy this, I bought a 2" foam pad for $100 and with that on the bed, it too killed me. So now, I could either buy a 1" pad, which is another $100, reorder it in a Plush or return the mattress. I am returning the mattress, unfortunately. I am really bummed because I thought I had it made with already having the mattress.

My husband and I purchased this mattress two months ago. We did our research and even went to another store to test the mattress to make sure that we liked it. We were so excited to have found what we thought was the perfect mattress! For the first few weeks it was great but we soon noticed that our mattress was getting lumpy and not bouncing back to it's original shape. It was clear that the spots where we slept were now becoming permanent indentations in the mattress. I called Sam's club and they were willing to take the return and we are now trying anther hybrid mattress, the Blue Fusion 100 firm. Hopefully we will not have the same troubles with the new one. For the cost, I expected the mattress to be of better quality and to hold up more than 60 days.

I have been sleeping on MemFoam for 6 years, hot and losing its edge. Found this hybrid and it is much more comfortable and slightly better at dissipating body heat, However, not really satisfied with moving into the cooler zones. This mattress is too firm for "me" mostly because I sleep on my side. The edges hold the shape well and it is much easier to roll over at night then on the Mem Foam. I think for a larger person or northern climates (I am in FL) it would be a good value.

This mattress was delivered in April 2017 and my wife and I immediately recognized the improvement. The mattress is both soft and firm. We do not feel movement by the other party. Our hip and back pains improved or disappeared since the mattress was replaced. We are glad we purchased and the delivery service and rebates were a plus.

Well from the time we started researching and I mean researching, every mattress out there, and different mattress stores. We chose the Serta iComfort Hybrid Applause ll Plush King size. Delivery went very quickly not even 2 weeks from the time we ordered online. Delivery crew was very professional and helpful which is asset. I rarely write reviews unless I fully believe in the product I am reviewing. And oh boy I do. First let me start out with both my wife and I have problem backs, very bad where we hated to get up in the morning, and hated getting in bed at night. My back is so bad and my wife, that when we get up, we were stiff as a board, and our lower back hurt so bad. We chose the Applause Plush King, after much research, and talking to many retailers about total firm Mattresses. And I talked extensively with Serta over an hour. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks sleeping on our new Mattress. Well this is not an plug for Serta or Sams Club, but an actual factual true testament of how we feel about this product my wife and myself. After sleeping on this mattress just one night mind you, we both got up the next morning with no stiffness, and did not hurt as badly as we had for so long. I actually saw that my wife hardly tossed and turn, as she usually does. I knew she must have been comfortable. This mattress although it is called Plush, also has quite a bit of firm, to help with the overall backache and aches and pain from sleeping on a bad mattress. Never in my life did I realize, what sleeping on the wrong mattress meant. Until now. We are both now sleeping thru the night without incident of aches and pain. Get up in the morning more refreshed, and relaxed due to a good nights sleep. All I can say, is that this mattress helped us out, more then we ever could have imagined. This is factual and true, and if we can help one person who has the same aches and pains as we did, I am happy. This is the best mattress bar none for the money, it is comfortable cozy, and allows us to get the best sleep ever, without getting up with aches and pains. Thank You Serta and thank you Sams Club. And the sale price with the $300.00 back, also was a good asset. We both now love getting into bed, on our wonderful Serta I applause Plush Mattress. I can honestly say and my wife, our back has never felt better or our shoulder pain. Sleeping on the right mattress is not only crucial for a good nights sleep, but sleeping without aches and pain. This is a great mattress we love it. I say it is in between firm and plush, giving you the best sleep ever.

We bought this mattress about 4 months ago. At first, I thought we made a mistake because it seemed too firm. However, after a few weeks of sleeping on it, our bodies adjusted, and we enjoy it. While it is still firm, it does have some give to it. The firmness eliminated some back pain I was having with our old mattress. The delivery and setup were great as well. Finally, we got our gift cards for purchasing it, which was nice. Overall, this has been a great purchase.

I bought this a few weeks ago and received it last week. It was a good mattress for the price but it actually started to "sink-permanent" where my pillow is and the same thing happened to my wife. I don't think I have had this happen with any other mattress in my life. I should have read the reviews beforehand as other folks seem to have had the same kind of issue. I am going to select another mattress but try to stay away from this one.

Nice, firm feel with just the right give. Delivery and set up were good also.

Very uncomfortable ! Sleeping on this Serta is like sleeping on a Cement Walk !
