This is an excellent sound bar for the money, really kicks when you want it to. Walmart had the best price so I chose them. Definitely a keeper!

Great sound bar with subwoofer! Just what we needed. Only wish that the power cord to the subwoofer was longer so I could set it on top of my ET center instead of on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you get this product, which is a good one; DO NOT try to hook it up to your LG TV with the HDMI cable going to the HDMI ARC port. It will NOT work all the time. Most of the time it drops the sound. Technology not perfected. Use the supplied optical cord and all will be well for your sound AND you will be able to use the functions of it's supplied remote...unlike if you try hooking up via HDMI cord. Go optical cord on this one and LG....life will be good.

I previously I a 300W Sony soundbar with wireless sub woofer. The bass in that thing was crazy. I wanted something slimmer that didn't block the path of the TV remote. I picked this because I figured it would perform as well as my Sony did since it was 300w as well. While the sound wasn't bad, the bass turned all the way up was nothing compared to my Sony. It's worth the price I suppose, but wasn't what I was looking for. I took it back since the one I had gotten was previously opened and the taped up and resold to me. I did try a second one and ordered it online, but the box was all beat up and had been shipped to someone's house previously (shipping labels crossed out with Sharpie). I just decided ultimately to spend a little more money and go with a Bose soundbar and have been quite pleased.
