Great Workouts
Glad I went with the X24. While I probably won’t workout at a 40% incline, it’s nice to have the range when doing the iFit workouts in the mountains. It is a large footprint, but comparable to other treadmills. Love the immersive iFit workouts. This treadmill is a real game changer!
Amazing
The X24 treadmill is life changing. It's a trainer, motivator, and exercise partner rolled into one. The automated functions, sturdy build, and excellent features provide so many ways to not only "free" the burden of exercise but entices us to go workout on it everyday. I find myself thinking about it and looking forward to getting myself active. The X24 gives me a workout from high or low intensity that fits my mood and motivation at every moment. The way the treadmill speeds up and slows down and inclines and declines automatically following the iFit courses serve as an awesome exercise partner and guide. On top of that, the great trainers on the iFit programs and the beautiful sceneries are great value adds to motivate me to get back on the treadmill everyday. The international courses provided a great way to prepare for our vacation. We previewed of running and waking courses in Rome and Florence when we were planning our vacation allowing us to get familiar with both cities prior to our trip! I must say that I have been working out daily because of this treadmill because it makes it so simple - whether I feel a bit low on motivation, I can choose to stay indoors and do a walking routine or if I'm energized to do more but the weather outside is not so amenable, I can go on an aggressive run that really challenged and enhanced my fitness. This treadmill has even motivated my spouse to exercise like never before which is quite impressive. I am so glad to have made the investment in my and my family's health. My spouse and our two kids all use it so much I'm thinking I need a second one! The X24 with the big screen is so awesome.
Best investment!
Purchasing this treadmill has been the best investment I could make. It provided all the functions and features to restart my fitness from an injury recovery to excelling towards new PBs. The ifit combo enhanced my journey to keep from making excuses and finding the consistency I needed. I truly have enjoyed hiking and running again.
Outstanding Treadmill — Worth Every Penny!
I’ve been using my X24 Treadmill for almost six months, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The build quality is excellent, the touchscreen display is crystal clear, and the workouts are engaging and easy to follow. It runs smoothly and quietly, which makes it perfect for home use. The incline and speed adjustments are seamless, and I really appreciate how sturdy and stable it feels during every run. Overall, this treadmill has exceeded my expectations in every way — it keeps me motivated and makes my workouts something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line treadmill!
Year Review
Like the treadmill. I do feel like it is harder to run on than on my last treadmill. Just can't go as fast for some reason. Not a fan of the touch screen buttons that do not allow me to increase my speed by . 5. Last treadmill I could push 3 and then 5 quickly and it would start at 3. 5. This one does not do that.
Good with Room to Improve
I've had this treadmill for about a year now and overall would say the experience with it has been positive. Pros: 1. Delivery and assembly was easy and straightforward. 2. The 24 inch screen is immersive with good clarity and touch responsiveness. 3. The incline range is more than one could ever want and the auto incline feature during the workout videos really adds to the immersive feel. 4. The deck feels great to run on and the cushioning is a nice feature. 5. The large variety of ifit workouts that are offered keeps running indoors interesting and fun. Cons: 1. Individual speed and incline buttons on the side of the screen, like the commercial x22i (older model) had, would be a great improvement to this machine. When running fast, it is much easier to hit a specific MPH button than it is to try and hit the correct spot on the touch screen. While there is a stop button and the safety line, needing to slow down in a hurry doesn't always require a stop or pause in the workout. 2. When running at or above 7MPH, the deck gets quite loud and sounds as though one of the plastic cover pieces is banging against another part of the machine. It really increases the overall machine noise and is probably my biggest gripe with the machine. 3. Given the screen is such a key component of this machine and off-machine workouts are part of ifit, it would be nice if the screen could be tilted downward in addition to the rotation. It is hard to view the screen if you are doing yoga, palates, etc. , from the floor. Overall, despite the cons, I would recommend this machine to a friend. I use it heavily during the winter months and look forward to each new workout that I try on iFit. This machine is good for beginner all the way up to competitive runners.
Fantastic except for 1 issue
This is an incredible machine that has kept me in shape for hiking season. Great training and interval programs. The music is just so-so and I keep it muted. The reason for 4 stars is that I am 5’10 and I tower over the screen. It would be helpful to have an adjustable screen so I could actually see where the training programs are taking place. I cannot imagine that the screen meets needs of someone 5’7 and above. Otherwise I am very happy with the purchase. Really high quality machine.
x24 Review
I really like the treadmill itself, but the software is really behind the times. Open up the apps beyond the few that you allow. Why lock it down to 4-5 of them? I'm at the point where I'm probably just going to mount a monitor above my treadmill to work around your limitations. So I can watch youtube or a football game or something. Also I can't sign into iFit on my phone right now as I write this. Keeps giving me a network error and it logged me out. The hardware (treadmill) is great, but the software leaves a lot to be desired.
Good treadmill with some issues.
The good: Treadmill does everything fairly good when it works. The programs are quite interesting with ifit and running on it is fairly comfortable. Since I like hiking having that extra incline I really like it. The bad: 1. No apple watch integration so for the heartrate monitor have to buy new one. Also this means workouts are misalligned and getting accurate reading for distance is imposible. 2. Since we have 2 people using it when changing accounts sometimes it gets stuck and wont change so have to restart. When watching netflix it bugs out where you cant even close easy or the wrong user is signed in. 3. No actual ability to sync your treadmill to the ifit app on your phone. So it means if you found workout on your phone you better try to find it there but sometimes the workout is not even showing there. 4. Multiple times had calendar issues where it would be either 1 day off compared to my app itself. 5. Maybe 1/10 workouts does not register and you have to redo them to register in the ifit. 6. Touchscreen controls stops working so have to restart the device. 7. no easy way as I can see to have guest account. For example grand parents visiting I had to create brand new ifit account. 8. Manual is very confusing when it comes to maintenance I have no idea how many miles to clean or lubricate it and how to do it. Good thing that youtube and random people have put some guidelines. 9. Support is so slow and if you email them attachments and details gets lost and the most times they just recommend same things as an faq but cant support more or fix issues so just have to live with it. 10. Ui in general is so very complicated. I cant seem to find any items that I have started even if I joined series it seems like it is never there on dashboard so have to go through the search each time and hope I can find it. Sometimes series would not even show up until few days later. In summary this is great treadmill but ifit and screen integration in it is very lacking. Seems like 2 completely different companies did it and they just not aligned with each other. So for the prices I expected better support and better experience.
Nice hardware held back by poor software
I really wanted to like this treadmill. Powerful motor and high incline/decline range great for hill training. Unfortunately the extremely closed ecosystem of iFit makes this treadmill unusable for my purposes. They make you think you can pair with other tracking software like Strava and Garmin, but they only allow activities from those apps to be imported into iFit not the other way around. Also I found the custom workouts feature to be very limited, you can't program a rep less than 1:00 or based on distance which is crazy to me! So many of my workouts account for 15 sec or 30 sec sprints or something like 400 or 800m repeats. Ultimately I will be returning the treadmill and going with a brand that allows direct pairing to the Zwift app that way I can log all data from my runs - pace, elevation, distance, heart rate etc. directly from the treadmill. This treadmill has potential, but the lack of attention given to the software and forcing their iFit only content on you is a deal breaker for me. I've also seen a lot of similar requests on iFit customer service forums dating back many years. So this lack of listening to feedback from the community gives me no confidence that these improvements will be made.
