I have twin girls born at 32 weeks. They were both just over 3 pounds and Huggies premie diapers worked wonderful! It is what they use in the hospital.

I started using huggies for both pregenancies starting from birth I found that huggies are snug but also holds all the waste without having it spill out! I hate that which i found alot when i tried other brands.

Used Little Snugglers after bringing our son home from the hospital. Loved the cut out so the diaper didn't bother his umbilical cord. Very pleased with Huggies.

I like the color line that changes on the front when your little one has gone, so you know when they need to be changed. I also enjoyed the umbilical cord cutout. However, my little guy seems to leak through these.

I like theses diapers the best. They have the cut out for the umbillical cord, and the outside of them are sooo soft. The wetness indicator is a lifesaver!
