We absolutely love our Serta mattress! At first, it felt a bit stiff, but after a few days of breaking it in, it became incredibly comfortable. We made the switch from our previous pillow top options because they kept breaking down too quickly, and we're so pleased with our decision. Have been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks. Me and my partner like different firmnesses. I am a side sleepersnd they are side and back sleeper. We got the medium firm with a pillow top and it comfortable for both of us. JE

Horrible mattress. we kept our about a month. we bought 2 twin xl. Mine was the plush pillowtop which was really very firm. My husband's was the firm pillowtop, which was even former than mine. i never got used to it i wake up sore and hurting every morning. Besides them being so firm the sides started sagging, I had to rotate mine after 2 weeks. Today they were both returned. Just FYI if you return a mattress to Sam's it has to be wrapped in plastic.
