I got the toaster oven because there’s just the 2 of us. I believe it will be way more energy efficient than heating up the whole oven. I’ve used it for roasted veggies, excellent! Bacon🙁. Ok but way too messy, although it cleans up easily, may or may not repeat. I’m slightly disappointed there’s no dehydration function but it’s a beautiful functional appliance for us. Easy to clean, heats up quickly 👍

TOA-70 is a nice upgrade from the TOA-60. Firstly, they have improved the knobs. Previous model had issues with the plastic inside the knobs breaking. Not a problem with the TOA-70. Also, toasting is much improved with this model. It will make beautiful toast in faster time than previous model. Haven’t tried the grill function yet. So far we are quite pleased with this oven.

I put in a warranty claim for a replacement because the former model stopped working after about a year. Cuisinart's customer service was excellent. They covered shipping and sent me the available newer model in a very easy, fast process. The new model is working wonderfully. I'm very happy with it.

We have had two of these. The first one lasted a couple years. The second one lasted six months before it stopped working. Even the light bulb didn’t work. They did replace the second one. We use it almost daily for toast or reheating frozen chicken nuggets, things like that. I’ve never used it to cook a chicken like some people do because I don’t believe I could clean the inside of it. But for the price of this, it should last many years.

Some years back, I gave up on microwaves. With very little counter space, I found an earlier model of this Cuisinart AirFryer Toaster Oven with Grill. After many years of satisfying use, I have replaced that with this new model. I use it at least once a day for almost everything. It is very easy to use, versatile, and convenient. This newer model is a bit roomier than the one I had before. As I am on my own, I have never challenged it with large amounts of food. I particularly like air frying chicken and baking pork loin with baked potatoes in it. It is easy to turn off the unit check an internal temperature and resume without having to wait for an oven to heat. I love my unit! It is my Go To!

The recent transaction was a replacement, my 2nd replacement. I love the AirFryer Toaster Oven with Grill, but there are a few things that could be done to make it even better! 1 - Make it easier to clean - the way it is set up now makes a good cleaning impossible cleaning the heating elements is impossible also. 2 - Make the door more air tight when the door is closed, so much heat heat escapes from the closed door. 3 - Add an electronic or manual temperature gauge, because of the lack of air tight door and the nature of the small appliance, the temperature fluctuates greatly 4. The timer is hit or miss and is often a few minutes off. 5. Make the accessories easier to clean also, if you get the crumb tray dirty, it is impossible to clean even if only used once, same with the baking pan/drip tray. 6. Add one more heating element to the bottom set of heating elements for even bottom heating/cooking. Cook a pizza in it and the center never gets cooked because the heating elements cook the outer sides to perfect done-ness, but the center is not getting enough heat to get it cooked so you always end up with burnt corners and undone center.

Life changing product! My entire family uses this small appliance every single day. The only material negative is that the appliance stopped working after 2.5 years. We loved it so I bought another one. If this one stops working after 2.5 years, I will try a different brand.

I found a great holiday deal on a TOA-70 and took the opportunity to replace my 20+ yr old Cusinart toaster oven which had finally begun to do a lesser job of toasting. This is a nice kitchen tool, thus far I have only used it to toast and to warm some biscuits. With all of the small appliances that one uses today, I think it necessary for any new purchase to offer multiple functions and replace more than one existing machine, the TOA-70 does that. It may not be a big deal to everyone but, I love the feature of the front access to remove the crumb tray, nice job Cuisinart.

So overall we are pleased with this unit. I would have given it a full 5 stars if it was not for one detail that drives us crazy..... the dial settings on this are near impossible to read as they are sooooo small and not a user friendly font. The performance of the unit is great but gee if you have to get a flashlight to see how to operate it each time.... that does not make it much of a convenience appliance....

Have not used every facet of the appliance but so far have found the air fryer to be very good. For fun air fried a steak and it turned out excellent. French fries are good also. Have not used the bake cycle. Toast works well also. Very pleased up to this point.
