I put in a warranty claim for a replacement because the former model stopped working after about a year. Cuisinart's customer service was excellent. They covered shipping and sent me the available newer model in a very easy, fast process. The new model is working wonderfully. I'm very happy with it.

I hesitated to purchase a toaster oven with options for air frying and convection oven, even put off using it for a couple of weeks. After one week of using it and all its cooking options I love it and use it almost daily. So easy to use. The food cooks quicker than my full sized kitchen oven and definitely tastes better.

I replaced my working okay toaster oven with this one. I use oven and toasting the most, but have found the air+ bake very helpful to speed up browning. Just watch closely, as you can burn quickly. I’m learning to decrease the temperature when using that feature. Still haven’t tried air-fry.

Life changing product! My entire family uses this small appliance every single day. The only material negative is that the appliance stopped working after 2.5 years. We loved it so I bought another one. If this one stops working after 2.5 years, I will try a different brand.

I don't like this unit AT ALL. It is the same garbage unit I have had to return before except with a new model number. There is no way to time any accurately without setting another timer on your phone, microwave, etc. If I wouldn't have spent so much money on the original unit I would definitely NEVER go with Cuisinart.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the new Cuisinart and the many meals we’ve had since I upgraded to this one. It bakes, fries, and toasts to perfection. It is the best all around appliance to be added to any cooks kitchen. Fast and efficient air frying. Easy to clean up after each use. Would recommend it to anyone, especially those who live frying with little to no oil.

I love my Cuisinart toaster air fryer. This was a replacement for a previous one. It's great for my husband and me. I don't have to use my larger oven and the larger opening allows me to use several different types of pans as well as the air fryer. I also love that meals can be made much quicker. I would strongly suggest giving it a try.

Settings are a bit tricky to use. Our food on the air fryer setting is consistently over/under cooked depending on the protein. We follow the guidelines for the rack placement, time & temp but it’s never quite right. It does have a lot of nice options and doesn’t take up too much counter space but having to constantly watch your food isn’t very practical. I wouldn’t recommend.

The recent transaction was a replacement, my 2nd replacement. I love the AirFryer Toaster Oven with Grill, but there are a few things that could be done to make it even better! 1 - Make it easier to clean - the way it is set up now makes a good cleaning impossible cleaning the heating elements is impossible also. 2 - Make the door more air tight when the door is closed, so much heat heat escapes from the closed door. 3 - Add an electronic or manual temperature gauge, because of the lack of air tight door and the nature of the small appliance, the temperature fluctuates greatly 4. The timer is hit or miss and is often a few minutes off. 5. Make the accessories easier to clean also, if you get the crumb tray dirty, it is impossible to clean even if only used once, same with the baking pan/drip tray. 6. Add one more heating element to the bottom set of heating elements for even bottom heating/cooking. Cook a pizza in it and the center never gets cooked because the heating elements cook the outer sides to perfect done-ness, but the center is not getting enough heat to get it cooked so you always end up with burnt corners and undone center.

After looking at many airfryer combos, I decided on the Cuisinart. It has all the features I was looking for plus a small footprint, easy to use intuitive dials and the well know name behind it. Im very happy with my purchase. I’ve tried all the settings and my food comes out perfect every time.
