This is our second one. The first one we almost literally wore out. We love everything about it and use it daily rather than the big oven. In the summer in the south, that makes a big difference!

only had unit for a few weeks. this was a warranty replacement. warranty claim procedure was good and painless. received the replacement in several days.

I'm enjoying using my air fryer toaster oven, it does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. I just have one complaint, the toaster timer is loud, it ticks like a timed exploding device. Time will tell its reliability.
