I did have my 1st for a couple of years and the dial broke and it is made of plastic parts in the dial so wasn't sure if fixable so bought a new one same oven because of ease of use.

A little shocked that the timer does a loud tic-tock sound the WHOLE time that the unit is cooking !! completely annoying and I haven't been able to figure out if the sound can be turned off. Somebody help, else I'm returning this asap.

I bought this a couple of months ago and am sorry I did. The oven burns food on top before it's cooked through, even when the temperature is set 50-75 degrees lower than recommended. Conversely, it takes two toast cycles on "dark" to toast an English muffin. The air fryer is adequate. This replaced a 20-year-old Cuisinart toaster oven that I loved, but finally began to fail. Because the bake cycle is unreliable, I rarely use this expensive appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it every day - I like being able to use the bottom space for getting a crispy crust. then just change position for toast. The Air fry is also handy and much quieter than our other appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was to replace a larger, French door style toaster oven/air fryer that stopped working. While the toaster works fine, the size of this oven cavity creates problems when trying to use the air fryer feature, because it is very small. You must keep a close eye on what is cooking. Burns easily if you air fry per the package instructions. Tried to use the broil feature on some cooked, baby back ribs, just to caramelize the BBQ sauce. There simply is not enough cavity space to do so, because of where the rack positions are located. Another frustrating feature is, when you open the door to check on the food, the light goes off! So you can not see the food unless you pull the tray all the way out of the oven. Do not understand what the light switch is for. The light comes on automatically when cooking, no matter what method you are cooking with….but goes off automatically when you open the door. So for us, this is an awfully large toaster for the 2 of us. Very disappointed the other cooking methods cannot be used because of the very small cavity size.

Very versatile and very well-made product, but the letters are too small on the dials I believe overtime they might wear off, but otherwise I checked temperature consistency while baking and the variance is very minimal. You could really throw away your toaster and old air fryer all the stainless steel products clean up very nicely and there won’t be any of that Teflon coated paint peeling off and getting into your food like most air fryers are made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product replaces my Cuisinart Air Fryer/Toaster oven which was deeper than it was wide. I loved it, but it was impossible to clean effectively to the point where I feared starting a grease fire from the buildup in the back. I absolutely love this new one. The added feature of a grill is wonderful! Except for the broiler/drip pan, it cleans easily. Non-stick doesn't seems to apply to the broiler pan which stains where grease cooks on it. I'm looking for ways to removes stains without resorting to scrubbing. Otherwise, I'm ecstatic with the versatility of this oven.

I reheated some 3 day old fries and they tasted like new! cooked a filet and it was incredibly juicy. I have only had it a few weeks but I already love it!

Love the size, convenience, flexibility, and ease of use. We hardly use our over or stove top anymore. It has a very appealing look and is very complimentary as another appliance in our kitchen.
