I put in a warranty claim for a replacement because the former model stopped working after about a year. Cuisinart's customer service was excellent. They covered shipping and sent me the available newer model in a very easy, fast process. The new model is working wonderfully. I'm very happy with it.

Nice upgrade from basket air fryer. quieter, larger capacity and multi-function all wins. I agree with another reviewer that the basket and tray is very poor quality. I have only used the air fryer for three weeks and the stainless-steel tray is scratched and showing signs of chips from the feet on the basket. It will rust soon. The basket is hard to clean as food sticks to the small wire mesh design. One other flaw in the design is the inability to set an accurate heating temperature. Majority of air fryers have digital screen to select specific temperature. This model has a knob with 50 degree increments making it impossible to select specific temperature.

We love our new Cuisinart AirFryer Toaster Oven with Grill. It's an attractive appliance, easy to clean and very versatile. Makes great air fries and the oven is true to the temperature settings. The one thing I wish it had would be a better shelfing system. If not careful the middle shelf can bring your food too close to the heating element and if you don't cover it with aluminum wrap the top will burn before the cooking time is done. Subsequently, watch your muffins, bagels and toast too, they finish very quickly, which is a plus when everyone wants them fast! All in all, a very good product for the price, would reccomend.

Absolutely impressed with this air fryer. The functionality and ease of use was incredible. The only negative thing that I can say is that the oven tray does not come clean with a nylon brush. Many suggestions on how to get tested oven tray clean would be appreciated.

Best investment I ever made. I was able to replace three items, toaster, grill, and air fryer, with this fantastic air fryer oven. Cuisinart is my go to when purchasing small appliances. Extremely satisfied with the product and will buy again as a gift.

I really enjoy the oven because it is so much easier than waiting for the oven to preheat. Having the air-fryer with all the different inserts is certainly a positive.The only drawback is not having a more concise timer button. There are no single minutes designation and none under ten minutes. This would be helpful if added.

Due to high heat we had a major power surge that blew many appliances. We looked for a toaster oven. What we found was a complete kitchen in one. I never air fry but now I do Our AC was out for 2 weeks. This appliance did everything I need that required heat without heating up the kitchen. This is easy to clean. You can air fry a vegetable then grill a steak then toast garlic bread. Anything can be cooked with great flavor. I will buy again in distant future.

While this newer model is very quiet, it doesn’t appear to air fry nearly as quickly as the TOA-60. Salmon takes at least 3 minutes longer than before. And toasting seems to dehydrate vs toasting. Bread is dry and brittle but not browned. Description says there is an internal fan so I will not dispute that, but food doesn’t seem to cook as evenly or as quickly. Haven’t tried pork chops yet, so maybe I will update this review later.

I absolutely love this toaster oven/air fryer/grill. This is my second one only because I wanted a white one. The first one is still working great and is used for chicken wings. I will never go without this oven. For only two of us we use it most days instead of turning on the stove. Highly recommend.
