Ok

We had to send the first TV back cause it kept flashing a white light and had to wait 3 weeks to watch TV

My Dvr can't record because the Tv don't have a video out port , that's my only thing that disappointing to me!

We trust Vizio

Our last tv we purchased 15 years ago was a Vizio and have never had a problem. That is the reason we chose Visio.

Smartcast gave me blank black screen

After many reboots and software updates, along with an hour chat with tech service, Smartcast wouldn't load.

Hello Joey123, as long as you are connected to a stable network and within range you should be able to load the SmartCast input without an issue. Typically if we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone we would service your television.
