Great features and tons of Apps!

We bought this for our living room a month ago and it is perfect! The picture clarity is crystal clear and the navigation through the main menu is super easy to navigate. Also we mounted it on our wall and it was very simple to install. Great addition to our living room!

Easy to use

Good TV, easy to use, friendly features and lots of options. Image quality is SO SO for a 4K TV. It's not as good of picture quality as you would see from an LG or a Samsung but we've been happy with other Vizio TVs in the past so decided to give this one a try.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Great way to cut the cord!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've saved money with my Vizio Smart TV. I no longer pay for cable because my Vizio has the apps I need for entertainment and information. There are a lot of streams you can watch for free as well as Premium networks that you can pay for monthly. I'm very happy with my product and the customer support that goes with it.

Cannot get it to work

I am not impressed with this TV. I am sad because from the box and display, it looked like just what I wanted. I have done everything it told me to do to start it up and nothing is working. I click on buttons and nothing. I put an app on my phone and nothing. I have no way to stream anything. I am not happy and hoping I can get this figured out when I am able to speak with a customer service person. All my other TV's I have purchased, I just turned on and with a few steps, I was good to go.

It's Good

We brought our 55” about 6 weeks ago and it was good only issue we had was Netflix wasn't able to work. Did everything that they said had to do but still no luck. So they sent a technician to change out the motherboard and now it works. But now the remote doesn't work but we are able to use the SmartCast app on our phone to operate the tv. But all in all it's a good tv.

Love my new Vizio!

I bought my new Vizio 50" TV to replace the TV in the living room and so far so good! Great picture, great sound & easy setup. The only problem I'm having so far is figuring out how to add the Spectrum app. I realize I can use my phone and cast to the TV however this is not always convenient. The remote is a little laggy but I am troubleshooting and hopefully will get it working correctly. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new Vizio TV.

Excellent tv

We bought this for our spare room where, we can work, the kids play and my husband falls asleep watching tv. we have a significant amount of glare in that room, but we can still, shockingly, see the picture clearly. The functionality is great, I like the setup for the menus, and it's a much faster OS than our Lg in the living room, which is a few years old, to be fair. My first tv as an adult was a VIZIO and it's still trucking after over 10 years with heavy use (my sister has it now as her main tv). It's an American company, which I like as well (manufactured overseas, but good luck finding a tv that isn't...). Overall, I think this is comparable to the other popular brands in its class. To do noticeably better, you'll have to spend much more money.

Meh...

The tv is below the standards I expected. No HBOmax app, no amazon music app. If I don't like the idea of wasting my phone battery to stream apps onto the tv. The only reason I bought the tv is I needed one because my Samsung 55 inch curved was broken. The remote sometimes doesn't work or the tv gets stuck on a screen when I try to switch between apps or PS4. I heard such good things but extremely dissatisfied.

Great TV for the price!

This is my second Vizio TV. I love the customer service you get with Vizio products. You can always get a helpful representative to assist you with any tech issues quickly and easily. They always help me. The TV is great with easy to use features and smooth set up.

Screen quality/ ease of remote

Since I had a vision before, I thought the remotes would be similar, but was wrong. The remote was easier to work with than nice I played around with it to learn its feathers. The screen picture quality is very clear, especially since I tend to keep the screen and n wide angle and for the price, I am happy. Just wished I went ahead and bought a bigger screen.
