Doesn't work with Alexa

Prior to having this "Smart" TV, my Alexa worked great. I made to sure to read reviews prior to purchasing. Now it only works if the TV is on and set to the HDMI channel. The apps constantly log me out if I use the TV, so I have to use Alexa to watch TV as well, which means 2 remotes again. Defeats the purpose of a smart TV.

Love it!

Set up was easy. The apps are easy to sign into and navigate. The picture is very nice, and sound quality is just what I need for enjoying television shows. It is also easy to use the menu features to adjust picture and sound. I love that it works with Alexa!

WHY PAY MORE FOR A TOP OF THE LINE TV - This is it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my V Series 65" Vizio Smart TV. Crystal clear picture and perfect colors. It is great that it comes with so many streaming apps and updates with new apps all the time. I have been a Vizio customer for years because of quality like this.

Too complicated...

My old TV died. A friend purchased a 50" Vizio as a gift for me. These New TV's with their Milllions of functions might be Great for the Young Generation. BUt I am a 50s child, and have No idea how to use all the features on this TV, nor would I want to. Twice I get lost in the programs, and first had no sound for a couple weeks until my son could come and fix what I had done. THe second time, I lost my antenia stations completely for a couple weeks. I do not use cable or fancy attachments. Again, had to get a friend to come and get me back on the antenna stations. Now I am EXTREMELY careful not to hit any stray buttons on the remote. Alll the options are just a BIG PAIN to me....

These options are optional features on the TV and if you accidentally bump the wrong button, no worries, we can help with that! Most likely you'll just need to double-tap the Input button on your remote to cycle back to the correct input. great tv

I needed a 40" tv or smaller for my computer desk and it's very hard to find that with HDR and 4k in that size but i found this one at a pretty good price too and the tv is great! super nice picture, the UI is pretty good too (not as good as roku tv ui, but close)

My vizio

I love my 50" 4k vizio.I Havre always bought vizio since the first time I ever bought one.this is the one time that I bought a vizio that has a problem.in the center and around the edge of half of the tv it is really white,I don't think it's vizio's fault though.I think it might have been the way it was handled during shipping.Ill never know,Aside from all that I have never had a problem with vizio,I'll just shop a little smarter next time. EXCELLENT QUALITY

Purchased this to replace a 55" LED I had purchased years ago. Was afraid the 5" decrease would be too easy to see but instead, the quality of the 4K HDR makes up tremendously for it. Such crisp detail and the slim outline gives the screen an even bigger feel. SmartCast is great and there is SO many titles to go through so will never have nothing to watch. Only downfall of any of it would be the remote doesn't have a backlight so at night it's hard to see what buttons you are pushing (overtime will memorize where buttons on but still). Would recommend 10/10 and purchase again and again.

Great TV

after research I bought this TV to replace the Samsung in my office. It is wall mounted and I needed something reliable and with lots of HDMI ports. This fit perfectly. Why Visio? Well the TV in my living room was a Sharp Aqua and I bought it 10 years ago and it has never failed. Sharp is now Visio.

Great Value

I was recently looking to upgrade to a 65" 4K Smart TV. After looking at all available options I found the VIZIO V655-G9 had the options I wanted at a price I couldn't pass up. The specific feature I was looking for was an analog audio out; I know this is older technology but it was exactly what I needed to use existing stereo equipment I'm not ready to upgrade. The smart interface is adequate but not as nice as some other brands I have used. The picture quality is great for my use, streamed and OTA; children shows, news, and sports.

Very happy with purchase

Upgraded to Vizio V Series 40” 4k SmartTV from an older Vizio 32” 1080p from around 2008. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Don't have cable or sat TV but linked up to internet and have amazing free content (Pluto, Xumo, etc.) and Netflix. Also use SmarCast with my iPhone and Google Chromecast which are all built in. Lots of capability, great price and great picture.
