SPECTACULAR CLARITY and Technically ADVANCED!

I bought my VIZIO 50'' Class 4K HDR Smart TV and it has SURPRISED me and my entire family with its CLARITY, ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY, and SOUND!! I am thoroughly enjoying this VIZIO 50" in my new MANCAVE!! Since our adult kids have moved out of our home, I can now have a special room (MANCAVE) just for me and the VIZIO is just the right TV for me!! Thank You and I purchased it at a GREAT PRICE too!!

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sound bar to go with my tv in my back room. It has amazing sound. It sounds like I'm in a theater! Definitely recommend this Vizio product… love it! It's amazing!!! So easy to hook up and install too

Difficult to setup with no WiFi

This tv was purchased because of the size, price and reputation of Vizio. The salesperson said nothing about setting up without WiFi availability. It took over 12 hours of trying to get this setup without a network. There are NO instructions on setting up without WiFi/network. It works ok (for the price) now that we finally figured it out... picture could be sharper, but is probably due to watching on zoom feature so that frame is filled. Adjusting sharpness is ineffective.

Tv freezes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv freezes and I have to unplug it . I've factory reset the tv 3 times. It will work great for a week or two then do the same thing. It's not just my 55 inch it also does the same thing on my 50 inch. Thought maybe it was internet issues but the internet is fine . No problems there. Started doing this after about 1 years use. I've had other Vizio TVs in the past that didn't use the smart cast and those TVs worked great. I would not recommend these TVs because of those issues. Other than that the picture quality is good the sound could be better.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. Great, but seems to be some network issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV. The picture is clear and overall I like the home menu and connection to the apps I use. There is an issue and it will loose connection with the network. Switching from wired to wi-fi (or vice vesa) will usually fix the issue.

Easy to set up.

I bought a 50" class for the garage. Got a great price on it as well. Easy to install the wall mount, Hang the tv, plug in in and go through the step by step instructions on insternet set up and were watching tis in the garage in 20 minutes. Nice way to make it simple and easy.

Great picture, great price and easy to set up

I have a few Vizio tv's. I love the one I have in my bedroom but I bought this tv for my workout room and, honestly, this one is even better. I couldn't be happier. It has great features and a great picture. Was very happy with the price for such a nice tv.

Horrible tv

Worst tv ever. Randomly turns off. Screen randomly goes to black while playing, sound buzzes out and sounds fuzzy like bees. Sends random error messages for all the apps like Hulu and netflix and makes them not able to play anything. Had this less than two weeks. Garbage, will be returning to store.

Great features

I bought this a few months ago and was surprised when I got home all the features it had that I didn't realize went up to the Internet it has 54 apps already on it also you can hit one button that says Free TV and it automatically goes to Pluto TV something that I had on my fire stick. That's another thing the remote for this TV operates my 4K fire stick and my buzz Vid stick, also if you have these devices you can just hit the home button on your device like fire stick and it will automatically change inputs also I have Alexa hooked up to it to turn it up and down on and off I'm so amazed with this TV I love it!!!

Excellent TV

Bought this to replace a bedroom TV. I usually go with a Samsung TV but this had a unique size of 40'' and was less expensive than Samsung. Wasn't sure about it at first but once I got it home I realized its the perfect size for a bedroom TV. Has a great picture, sound not that great so if you're looking for stereo sound like me, connect it to a sound bar. Easy setup and easy to use remote, and best of all it was priced right!
