[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started purchasing Vizio many years ago, after I could no longer stomach spending a ton of money on Samsung anymore! My very first "smart" tv was a Vizio and I've been in love ever since. I do own a Samsung and a Vizio smart tv currently and I find myself watching the Vizio TV more!

I purchased 3 different vizio TVs. All 3 had issues. First one a 32" was working fine then just recently couldn't control channels or volume by remote or by controls on TV. Next one, 50", I could only get Netflix to come up, as soon as I tried to connect Prime or chromcast I would get blank screen nothing would happen. 3rd one, 50", remote and tv controls will sometimes work. I used to love Vizio but learned my lesson. Sent 2 back and returning the last one this week.

I purchased it back in September but I did not take it out of the box right away. I waited to buy a stand for it. I simply love it! It does things that other tv's do not. This is my first smart TV. I spend a lot of my free time watching movies to no end.

I loved the pricing of the tv, but I have had my problems. 1. Audio syncing issues with the video feeds from my fire stick. 2. Antenna input intermittently grayed out (most of the time). I have tried multiple antennas. 3. When the antenna input is working, you have no visual antenna guide like you would have with a fire tv. 4. Remote responding is spotty. You have to hold it at a certain angle to get it to respond.

I buy all my electronics in the refurb selection....T.Vs.... laptops....phones ...etc. Still very happy with all online purchases ...knock on wood... Currently loving deal on refurbed Visio 50" Smart T.V. So sorry for all you crybabies out there that come up with bad results with refurbed purchases....must be karma ....huh?

I love this television. I particularly like that it immediately switches to Roku as soon as I hit the Roku remote. The only issue I have is the Vizio remote works on another TV I have next to it--and that TV is an LG. I've had three TVs set up next to each other for sports in the past, but never had issues with different remotes working for other TVs. One other small issue -- they only sent three screws for the stads instead of the four needed. Otherwise, it's great.

It's a great tv only down side is sometimes when you hit the button for all the apps the tv does nothing and looks like its off when its actually on but i just unplug it and plug it back in and it goes back to working good jusy doesn't make much sense why it does that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is my Vizio TV great at streaming my favorite programs in high definition but it has many other input choices to display information from my other electronic devices such as audio/video receiver. The free Vizio plus network is an added bonus.

Bought tv last year and have kept it flawless. Haven't even watched it but more then a hand full of times and now it won't even turn on. This product is awful! I cannot believe that I spent money on this. I have had a Samsung for 15+years and it still works just like the day I bought it. I am so disappointed. I'm not sure if I can get it repaired or what would need repaired it has been so well taken care of and doesn't power on.

The TV doesn't work with fios mini set top box. I had to return the TV twice because the first TV the hdmi ports didn't work at all. The second TV didn't work either. I went on to another brand because this brand didn't work at all! I feel that vizio should give me a free TV for the problems i had worth a thousand dollar TV.
