A little frustrating

Opening our brand new tv, so excited in my new apt. I realize there is two large blue lines one going up and down and the other side to side. And only Netflix worked. So about two weeks later they resent a new one and I went and dropped off the broken to Mail.

Awesome Smart TV

Bought this Vizio after having a older version for over 10 years. It is our first smart TV and we are absolutely amazed at all of its features! Price was great for the product. Set up was easy. Only issue we have encountered was using it with Amazon Prime, but pretty sure the delay in establishing picture clarity when accessing some programs is a result of either our internet connection or the app. This is the only reason I did not give it five stars.

Love my new TV!!!

I bought this Visio TV several months ago and I just live it. There was a learning curve fir me because it had been awhile since I had a new TV but it's well worth the time!!! There are so many different way you can watch TV and so many thing which are available.

Shows clearly

I bought this 3weeks ago & at first it was glitching during set up and the remote wasn't connecting well with the tv. When remote did connect for me to complete the setup. It would freeze again. I had to reset tv all over to get the remote to work properly with tv. Then a week later when I turned tv on it was blank and the remote wouldn't work I thought I was going to have to return it. Once I unplugged it and reset it again it now works how it should. No complaints so far. Just make sure you keep new charge batteries in the remote bc it will not work if batteries are not brand new.

Easy to set up and use

We bought this to replace our 40 inch tv and it has been super. Great picture and easy to set up with our ps4, dvd and surround sound. The on board speakers are fine for the spoken word but not great to action sounds so we have a sound system for that.

Great Value

I was looking for an update for the television in my bedroom and I came across this Visio. It has a great picture easy to use functions. I have Apple TV but I can basically just use my phone and mirror everything on the screen it's so easy to use. The picture is great that sounds great and it's amazing that you for the money.

Great Buy!

We bought this TV last month, and it was a great value for the price. The picture quality is good, and I love all the apps. The only downfall is that the sound doesn't adjust well with dialogue vs. loud scenes. The dialogue is very quiet and the loud sounds are very loud. But overall, a great tv for the price.

Great soon as its powered on!

I really like my vizio! I had a Samsung SmartTV before and it was okay but it just took forever when you turned It on but this one is alot more responsive! Really enjoy it so far and I had a good experience many years ago with a tiny vizio I got mostly for gaming so im glad I got this one great edition for my room with the 70 inch!

Great features!

I've had this TV for awhile, but just recently got cable installed. Outstanding picture, easy to navigate through the different features. Even the internal speakers are decent. However, I'm setting up a Vizio sound bar, so the sound is about to get much better!

Smartcast has yet to work.

I bought this two weeks ago and the smartcast feature has never worked. I have other streaming devices, so it's not the end of the world, but it's kind of amazing that Vizio can't seem to fix it. They keep offering the same fix to folks who ask about the issue, and it doesn't seem to work for anyone. I have disconnected my tv from our wifi because not only does the Smartcast not work, it kind of bricks your tv for 3-5 minutes while you desperately press buttons and stare at a black screen. So confusing for someone who is setting it up for the first time. Picture is nice though. And it works well with me Vizio soundbar. So that is a plus. Otherwise it would be going back.
