I have had this for a while and picture quality and sound are excellent. I enjoy this brand very much and plan to purchase a second and third when my remodeling projects are done

Bought this 2 months ago and constantly have issues with NO SOUND. We can unplug everything, blow on the connections and maybe get it to work after the 4th time...but sometimes even that doesn't work. Seems others have had this same problem.

Would be a great tv if the screen didnt go black when movies are playing or wont load certain movies/shows on apps. If I had the receipt I would've returned for another set because this one just may be faulty

We purchased this TV a size upgrade for our family room TV. If I was to offer some advice though, could you allow users to add apps to it. There are a couple of apps that could be added but it isn't allowed.

Great picture. Not overly vibrant color but is a great TV. First time with a smart TV. Easy set up and connection to WIFI. It took us a minute to figure out the lip sync feature. Would purchase again.

Wonderful picture, but been having issues where the watch free option does not load or work! I like this function so I wish it was working but other than that it's a great tv.

I bought this TV almost 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The sound and the picture quality is amazing. I love that all the apps are already on the tv.

It was a little difficult connecting to the WiFi and sometimes the tv mirroring doesn't work to well but the graphics are awesome love the cast feature and love the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the TV is reasonably priced, The picture quality and sound is very nice. It would be great if the remote had a keyboard, and if the TV could connect to blue tooth speakers.

We just got this TV and it's great. The picture and sound quality are much better than expected. The Google home linking process could be easier, though.
