Awful - Overall

- poor picture, not 4k - all the apps would crash (even after a hard reset) - couldn't stay connected to the internet - volume would just fade out in the middle of a program

Hello bob2788, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087.

Very pleased

I bought the 65” TV about 2 weeks ago. I have been very pleased with it. It was easy to set up. The picture is very good and we especially like that it comes with Netflix and chrome already in the tv.

Just an ok TV

Really disappointed in this TV. There aren't many features to it. Sometimes the picture will go to the home screen but still have the shows sound playing in the background.

great tv, great price

I damaged my other visio during a move, so I went and bought another one. One word of advise! Do not have it shipped unless you have to. I tried that and it was damaged when it got here.

65 Inches of Super Vision ....

This is my second VISIO TV and I am impressed again with the picture quality and ease of use with this 65 inch TV. I will continue to buy VISIO products knowing I am getting a great purchase for my money.

Great features but rotten sound!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for the streaming features but the volume levels are awful!! To just be able to hear a normal show it has to be up to about 60

Great TV!!

I like this TV because it has a great display and is always updating to bigger and better apps. You don't get that often, if ever, with other TVs. It last long and is now VIZIO is my go to brand when I want more TVs in my house.

It is a great TV for the price.

I bought this TV one month ago for the guest bed room and it works perfectly right out of the box. It was easy to set up and connect to my internet to access all the SMART features. I would recommend this product.

Great tv

I bought this to because of the 4K I had an older 65” vizio model. This new one is everything I would need or want. Good picture and lots of apps to watch tv free and paid. Thank you

I thought I would never buy a Vizio but to mu surprise the picture quality turned out to be great and the sound quality is better than the Samsung I had before this tv
