Overall great TV, with one flaw.

This TV is great, and it'll be the only thing you need! The only thing that causes a bit of an issue is that you need to constantly reboot the TV. Seems as if there's an issue with the apps/WiFi, unfortunately. When the TV is working great, however - it's amazing!

Love, Love, Love but...

I have to admit, this VIZIO TV is beautiful to watch BUT it has so many features that I've not been able to get to many of them. I simply turn on the TV manually ( which I wouldn't need to do if I set up the Alexa option) and peruse my same 5 channels. I know. It's sad.

Perfect Everything!!!

I have zero complaints about our new 70in Vizio with Smartcast. Our 3 yr old is constantly saying how much she loves our new TV as well. I can communicate with it through my Echo Dot or on of our phones, so if our remote is "missing" it's not a problem. Finally!!! It comes with Pluto TV THE, which is free TV, so we don't even have to worry about cable. The picture quality is beautiful right out of the box. And the amount of HDMI ports is perfect for our Xbox, Wii U, and Switch consoles. And my 16 year old likes to mirror the tablet onto the big screen to do homework. It's perfect!

Much better than Vizio Smart Cast

I bought this TV to replace another Vizio TV that died prematurely (only 3 years old). The old Vizio had Smart Cast and we could never get it to work properly. This is much better to use; no need to have your smart phone to access Netflix, etc. We will just have to see if it lasts better!

Good tv

My only problem was the tv sensor being on the side of the tv so when I tried to use Hulu the remote wouldn't work so I was bugged cause I put stuff on the side of the tv and realized the sensor was covered but other than the hat the tv has been really good

problems

i purchased my 55" Vizio and within a year it went kuput. Vizio sent me a refurbished 55" tv. now i am waiting for Vizio to send me a brand new 55" tv to replace the refurbished one that they sent to me in replace of the one i purchased that went kuput within a year. i am really satisified with Vizio's customer service as all techs and supervisors is have talked to have treated me fantastic and helped me. as to their practice of replacing onrginally purchased tv that go kuput within the warranty timeline with refurbished tv, it stinks. again i am very sastified with Vizio's customer service and when my tv is not screwing up, i really am satisfied with the picture and operation of it.

Bad Apple

I bought this TV and took many hours to hook up to our dish within 3 hours lost picture and then the TV wouldn't come back on. Then spoke to your customer service which could not help after multiple hours. Returned the TV for a credit and purchased a different brand with No issues.

Great large TV for a tight budget...

I've had it for over a year now and haven't had many major issues. The few times it gave me a software issue, it was fixed by unplugging it and plugging it back in. It will make for a great secondary TV in bedrooms where you won't have wide viewing angle or next-gen console performance requirements.

Disappointed

I have had this TV for about six months. It fails to keep memory. I have to reregister devices connected via usb cables daily. I also have to resubmit some software information lost after shutting unit off overnight. I have reset to factory settings and started over four different times and its always the same thing. I would not recommend Vizio to anyone, when, just before I bought this TV I was very big on Vizio.

better than expected

first new tv in 12 years, 2008. Amazing experience. Vizio free tv function is awesome. I have a composite audio/video system in the box from 12 years ago. I got this specific tv because of the composite inputs, along with being able to hook up my sony PS3 composite. Could not be happier with purchase after comparing models endlessly.
