[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a great television for a while, but then there were several times when updates would freeze up the system and cause the TV to not turn on. I would have to force several factory resets to get it right. This has happened about 4 times since getting it at the end of 2019. However, so far, this latest update seems to be more stable compared to passed updates. Great television in terms of visual quality and performance. I gave it 3 stars due to the difficulties getting it to run again when it decides to randomly quit.

I'm new to the “smart TV” game! This tv blows me away! All my apps on the tv makes life so much easier. Xfinity offers most of the same apps, but this is much easier to use. The picture is amazing and has many more adjustments the. My pervious tv. I'm a true believer now and VIZIO is my brand for life

I bought this because it was so inexpensive, but I would have still been happy with this purchase if the TV was double the price. Quality is unbelievable, apps work great, and built in airplay and apple TV app so I don't need a separate Apple TV. Purchase with confidence.

I bought this TV A few weeks ago and I mean i love it but it's would be way bette if there was a way to download other streaming apps like AppleTV, HBO, Cinemax, to name a few. Most of the apps I use are not available for this TV and that's kind of disappointing. Other than that quality is good, sound is good. Over all it's a great TV.

TV is ok Operating system is horrible and crashes and freezes. Also it looses connection a lot. Bought in March had the system board changed and had to get a new TV same issues. Also the Vizio sound bar won't connect half the time with the HDMI in Arc. When it does the picture and sound is a good 20 seconds off.

Set up was really easy. Of course there are a bunch of software downloads you have to sit thru at first (it's literally like that with everything these days) but after that, you're pretty much good to go. The color, picture, everything is great so far. Only wish is that they had the Spotify app. iHeart Radio isn't that great, Pandora is ok, but there's commercials. I pay for Spotify on my phone and would love to play it right through the tv, but I have to turn on my PS4 and do it that way. That being said, all the apps open quickly and close quickly. I like the recommendations on things to watch and I'm still exploring the free tv shows and movies apps that are included. For the price, this is a great tv and I would buy again.

I am so glad that I made this purchase. The colors and picture are great! Even from an angle you can see the color and picture clearly. The sound is good, it is not the best and you will need to adjust it according to music or tv but you can still hear the sounds pretty well. You don't need a sound bar unless you are super picky about it.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I'm happy that I did. I was originally looking at the 50” but found a 55” around the same price. The two most influential things that helped me make up my mind were the price and the mirroring features. No cord needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture quality once calibrated. Nice to have included 3 hdmi ports. Many apps available for all your streaming needs. Sound is tiny compared to my older samsung 43" but it will satisfy my needs until i find a sound bar.

Got this recently and so far, overall happy with the purchase. Nice picture and easy to set up. Only gripe is the sound, not up to my standard. I use it in my bedroom and have to turn it up pretty high to hear it. Have gone through all the settings. May try a sound bar.
