[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for a While and about once a month it freezes up and w need to unplug and replug it. It is used for about 18 hours a day so that might factor into it.

When it is working correctly it's great. We may have to return it. Did contact support today which seems to have fixed it for now. They were very helpful.

Purchased Vizio TV about two weeks ago now and so far so good on the product. This review is a bit ahead of time, but like I stated, so far so good and I hope it continues this way.

I bought three of them that are nice tv. Had problems with one of them which was the four one . So had to take it back cause the software didn't want to update.

I had a 1080p VIZIO tv that I purchased about 5 years ago and the picture quality is still great. I have had a 4k LG for about 3 years but I wanted a larger size for the living room so I went with VIZIO.

We keep having to reset the TV! It will freeze up or take forever to come on to watch TV! Vizio needs to exchange our TV for another one that will work correctly. Our granddaughters TV has the same problems.

I brought this as a Christmas gift to myself and I absolutely love it I honestly am considering get rid of cable because it's no need thanks to this awesome smart TV

My husband and I treated ourselves to a new TV this year because covid has been miserable with a tiny 50' Vizio. Very happy with the 70'! And we will never purchase any other brand. Hands down the best company!

So far I'm loving everything about this TV! My other TVs are Rokus so I had to check into how apps work on this but had no difficulty figuring out how to use Smartcast to use the apps I want. Very pleased with my purchase!
