Bought a new 4K TV, upgraded my directv to 4K just to find out the TV doesn't recognize the service. Vizio support says they know it's an issue but don't have a resolution. Don't count on support.

I was familiar with VIZIO....That's why I chose that brand. I actually have two now. When I need to purchase another one I will purchase VIZIO they have served me well and long.

Bought this TV for my wife, she loves it and IT's all hers, remote and all---lol, we have another 65" in Den that's 2 or so years old. we love it also although just learning all that it can do.

Even with the problems I'm having with the remote I still give this 5 stars.I have always bought Vizio products for over 15 yrs and they have never failed me. I love this TV.

Bought this tv a couple weeks ago! Great product. One of the best parts about it is the watch free, which is basically like having cable at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend this tv to anyone

I've had 6 vizio TVs and have loved them all! Unfortunately I've had two that were destroyed by lightning strikes....I went right out and bought another one.. I've had one for 14 years and another for 12...

I bought this recently and wasn't aware that it wasn't smart enough to access the HBO Max App and it can't be added like it can on another manufacturer and had to purchase an additional device to get it. I regret purchasing it.

I already had a Vizio but really have been wanting a bigger tv & I loooove the Vizio brand so of course I had to stay within the family & I am not disappointed

I enjoy Your Line Of tvs I've been A Fan since your products first came out my first flat screen was a Vizio 42" which i still own and works just fine its in my bedroom.

Must always find remote. Hope I never misplace the remote or it gets broken!. Why is there no on/off, volume, channel control? Also, must be directly in front to view. Can't even see screen at 50° view, left or right side.
