Stopped working not even a year after purchase!

Bought tv last year and have kept it flawless. Haven't even watched it but more then a hand full of times and now it won't even turn on. This product is awful! I cannot believe that I spent money on this. I have had a Samsung for 15+years and it still works just like the day I bought it. I am so disappointed. I'm not sure if I can get it repaired or what would need repaired it has been so well taken care of and doesn't power on.

SPECTACULAR QUALITY PRODUCT-$$$MONEY WELL SPENT

Vizio Smart TV

The TV was easy to set up and to use. The picture is great. I also use the TV for my computer screen. I have had problems with the volume on the TV. When using the remote you have to push the volume button numerous times to get the volume to go up or down. This has been the case right out of the box. I even had trouble with the volume when setting up my fire stick remote. The only problem I have had with the TV is the volume.

Smart TV Software is very locked down

Purchased a 65 inch Smart TV and found the tv software does not allow you to add apps from outside sources. I had a Roku based TV prior and was told to try the Vizio. After the first setup I was very disappointed to find out you cannot add any outside apps. Three days in use the TV started to give me an error that I had to reboot the tv. This happened about 3 to 4 times a day. I returned the TV ans purchaed another Roku TV and had no issues. Also the picture was not as Vivid as the replacement TV.

Love the capability!

Mostly happy with tv.

I bought this tv little over a month ago, and I was really happy till few days ago, the TV started to show some kind glitches , it would go from app to app without command or it would loss the picture and turned black , sounds goes on and off. And sometimes would do like poltergeist kind of movie. Anyway. And I'm giving for stars because it lacks Bluetooth features. Other than that ,it just the glitches not happy with.

Great picture but….

Tv is good but it intermittently loses internet connection and is actually hard wired and not wireless. Having to go into settings and reboot tv that's different from actually just turning tv on and off. Sleep timer is nice but it would be nice if you can set an auto off time like Samsung has.

Absolutely amazing

I bought this tv about a month or so ago and I haven't had any problems with it at all, it took me some time to figure out the settings since I've never had a vizio or a smart tv but I've not got it and I was able to hook it up to my Alexa! It's great

Not What You See In The Store

This tv is okay, I am having trouble getting a 4K picture even through a 4K fire cube with High Speed 4K HDMI cables. There tends to be a white hew to the regular picture with bright colors that show through. I guess it was okay for the money, but I think you'd be better off to spend a bit more for QLED. This is really just a glorified 1080p tv. Also, a few times while watching tv and netflix, the tv just went to the home screen for no reason, you could still hear the show on tv and netflix, but the tv was stuck on the home screen. The picture also appears blurry in the background most of the time.

Hi Chad D.! This is absolutely a 4K TV! It is also capable of Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG formats of HDR. The TV will automatically upscale HD content to 4K but it can only show the picture how it is receiving it. Terrible

Terrible layouT you can't even download any free apps because it already comes with terrible apps the remote control for the TV is terrible it doesn't even have a microphone on the remote It's a smart TV but it does not have a web search to go on the Internet
