Like being at the cinema

This is our second Vizio TV and, as with the previous 55", it is a pleasure to own and watch. Crystal clear display, works well with the Vizio sound bar ... very pleased with it, and we have recommended Vizio TV's to our friends. Best visual display ever.

Not happy

Bought this Tv a couple of months ago with a Vizio sound bar, a couple of weeks ago the Tv started turning back to the home page in the middle of a show. The volume is hard to control on the sound bar. Try to turn adjust the volume up or down and it doesn't adjust, and then suddenly it shoots all the way up, or down. I had an older Vizio plasma TV and fell in love with the brand. Not so sue about it anymore.

Everything is on point

I bought this TV for my mom's Mother's Day. It's much better than I thought it will be! The picture quality is awesome, the only downside is teaching my mom how to use the features, Netflix, etc and how to switch between them. Other than that, no issues. Really satisfied with my purchase.

Great choice

I bought a V series and it has an outstanding picture and vivid crisp color. 50” was a good size and set up was pretty easy. Between streaming channels and my OTA antenna I have all I need and no bother with cable or satellite TV. Priced great for outstanding quality! Happy overall getting to know Vizio brand.

TV very clear, picture great.

I brought two TV's, one of them is working great, love it. But second one is not working right. TV remote is not working right nor the button on the back of the tv. Remote or button in back won't shut off tv, have to unplug tv from the outlet. Brought tv for daughter.

Great 4k but sometimes glitches and freezes

I bought this tv about 3 weeks ago. It has awesome picture quality for the price great apps. Only thing is it freezes here and there. I try to change a app and it freezes or when I put volume up it freezes than starts going up or down. Love the quality of the video playing just the whole glitching doesn't really work for me hope they work on the smart TV to have better processor.

unable to connect

I was unable to connect to the provider of my services via high speed . It wouldn't elt me down load the needed program. I had two people come over and try it that knew how to do it. Even calling Vizio for help didn't do it so returned it to store. Purchased something else that has me connected.

Perfect

Initially, I just wanted to replace another Vizio that I mounted in my office before going into quarantine but THIS has done that and much more! I think I purchased my other TV four years ago and the number of included features have obviously quadrupled since then! I actually am considering canceling my cable due to all the built in add ins this tv provides at no additional costs! I'm so glad I decided to stick with what I know!! I will use Vizio for everything, for life❤️

I purchased this TV because I know how well the vizio brand stands test of time. However, im disappointed that there aren't more popular brands for options as apps. Where is discovery+, starz, or HBO max? Disappointing that a company such as yourself that you can't get deals to have these apps as options on your device.

Hello ChyWilliams7586, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Convenient

I've had this in my new apartment for a few weeks now and it's brightened my day since. The fact that I can get home from work and isolate from COVID-19 with this TV is great. I like that it will turn on and automatically switch to my game input when I power on the PlayStation.
