Great Value

I bought this TV a month ago. I had heard good things about Vizio TV's and I must say I love it. The picture is crystal clear. The TV is easy to work. I had a little difficulty in the very beginning because I have never owned a smart TV, but leave it to the kids to teach you in a matter of minutes how to use it.

Easy to install and set up

We are delighted with this TV. It was easy to install and set up and our concern about reinstalling our Vizio soundbar were alleviated because it was so easy and seamless. We are both in our mid 70's and electronics are not in our wheel house so this was a great experience.

Now I am happy.

We bought this tv over2 months ago and we had problems with it. No sound. Spoke to tech on line who had to send out a tech to change the sound circuit card. Worked one day and died again. Now had to wait about 3 weeks for the new tv to arrive. Got an email that the new tv was coming. There was a number you could click to find out when it would be delivered but that didn't work. We were on a golf course playing golf when I got a call from the delivery person that they would be at our house in an hour to deliver the replacement tv. We had to leave the golf course after only playing 4 holes to race home in time to meet the truck. Delivery person was very professional in their service. What more can I say. Tv is working ok now. It took over a month to get the problem solved.

Awesome television

I bought this television earlier this month (6-2020), as an upgrade from my old one. I absolutely LOVE my purchase. It has so many features. It's amazing. Vizio is my brand of choice from now on. It came perfectly packaged, no scratches or dings. It was just as advertised.

Lasts about 3 months

We are on our second one since January...looks like we're going to have to try a different brand since the vizio only works well for about 3 months and then starts lagging or not turning on, we continuously reboot and up date...very frustrating and not worth it.

Great TV!

I have 4 other Visio tv's and they all work great! The 65in we just bought was very easy to set up with my DirectTv service! The picture is clear the only negative thing is the sound is low we hooked up our stereo for a better sound quality. Some might use a sound bar for better sound other than that the color very good , all my other Visio tv's work great I have all sizes 39in, 43in, 55in, 65in. Some have also had sound issues, but I still like my Vizio tv's! I have one for 6 years and still has a great picture!

Great TV except churping noise when tv is turned u

I bought this tv a few months ago. it is great love the color and the size is awesome. Took me a few months to get used to watching a tv of this size. the main issue i have is when you turn the volume up there is a constant churping or clipping sound. it starts when the volume is turned up past 35. Happens especially when the show/movie music is goes up to enhance the visual affects. Does get annoying and not much you can do but turn the volume down which hinders your ability to enjoy what you are watching. either than that it is a great tv. I really hope Vizio looks into this issue and hopefully corrects.

Who can say free cable..

the tv is quite good I m harsh in reviews. But if you consider price this is a steal. Excellent picture quality and set up. Had a little issue with getting all features in and had to reset a couple times but it wasn t hard just a little annoying. But the really nice thing is it comes with their own app with over 100 channels. I got sick of paying for cable... so I stopped and just stream what I want .. but this has a lot of channels included..

Free tv and movies

I bought this TV I brought a month ago and I am very much happy that I got this TV I am satisfied it's just one time I do not like you cannot search the internet maybe in the early future you may have a update feature for surfing the internet such as Facebook and messenger in check emails... and for the backdrop slideshow put pictures of family or upload your own pictures will be there plus...

Great purchase

First 4K and first smart tv. Love the picture and the built in apps. I left cable, except for internet and stream everything. Great that Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Youtube and Vudu all have their own buttons. Also has the Plex app as well. This takes care of every streaming service I use. Very simple to set up as well.
