Great Vizio quality

Vizio has been a great brand over the years for me and this TV purchase is no exception. Picture quality and sound are great. Only downside I've found so far is that you can't add more apps to the TV. Many popular streaming apps are not available unless using the app on your phone and smart casting to the TV. For that, it is nice this TV has SmartCast!

Technical problems

I bought the Vizio 4K 50” class tv March 13th I rarely use it cause it in my living room but it's may 10th it's been giving me issues going from one app to another it would show a static screen then I just cut the tv off tried to turn it back on by remote and tv it wouldn't cut back on I had to unplug the tv then plug it back up pressed the power just for it to come back on.

Good Basic 4k TV

Its good for a basic lower class 4k tv. I wish i knew the v series is the lower class vizio. Cause im not impressed with the resolution or refresh rate. Im a big gamer so that is a big deal. So i would go with something from the higher m series or p series next time.

Love the larger tv in my bedroom!! clear picture

i purchased this item about 3 weeks ago and finally got it hung on the wall. It so my much larger than what I had been used to. I was even able to wash TV without my glasses on! That was such a relief since I always fall to sleep watching the TV. Now, no more searching for where my glasses got off too.

Works mostly, Apple Airplay acts up???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got his a month ago and works as intended BUT still has Apple Airplay issues, I have updated and reset but sometimes laptop shows TV BUT will not connect? I used to be able to connect from living room and it would turn on tv and connect for streaming NOW I put laptop right beside tv? this happened after an update????

Awesome TV - Great Buy

Bought this to replace my 10 year old 47" projection TV. Love the smart TV and all the features. Amazing to think I paid $1000 less than I paid 10 years ago for a bigger and better TV. It's a pretty easy and intuative set-up. Still waiting on the addition of the Disney+ app, but with Smartcast it's not that important as I can cast anything right from my phone. I looked at 50", 55", 59", 60", and 70" models and found this 58" was my best bang for the buck

New Interface with Apps

I bought this to replace a V505-G9 that I inadverntantly knocked off our stand and broke it. The screen was contained in the crash, but cracked. The new TV has a much more friendly user interface. It is able to use features in some of the apps that allow a better 'rewind' experience, it has easier implementation of apps and has subtle improvements that just makes it a nicer to use product. I even think that the processor may be a bit faster, but that could have been just done with code improvements. Either way there seems to be less 'waiting'.

Perfect!

I bought this tv about two months ago (I think?) and finally got to set it up about 5 weeks or so ago. It is the perfect size, the picture quality is fantastic, very easy set up and use, and it has perfect volume and various other settings available!

Love my new Vizio!

I bought my new Vizio 50" TV to replace the TV in the living room and so far so good! Great picture, great sound & easy setup. The only problem I'm having so far is figuring out how to add the Spectrum app. I realize I can use my phone and cast to the TV however this is not always convenient. The remote is a little laggy but I am troubleshooting and hopefully will get it working correctly. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new Vizio TV.

Awesome definition but... SmartCast

We are enjoying our new TV's picture... however... SmartCast leaves much to be desired. There are a few apps, such as CrunchyRoll, that are not supported... that I would really like to see support for. Anytime we want to watch CrunchyRoll, I end up having to turn the XBox One on.... because Visio doesn't have an app for it. Another issue we have with SmartCast is quite frequently, at least 6 times since we got the tv almost 2 months ago, SmartCast just stops working completely. Even the buttons on the remote will not work, except for Netflix for some reason... However no apps, including Netflix, shows on SmartCast... the only resolution that I have found is unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. It gets frustrating when you're doing this almost once a week.
