we replaced a 50" vizio

We bought this to replace an 50" inch Vizio that was starting to go black on have the screen after about 8 years. so far so good with this one. We love how the input feature shows up and seems easier to navigate. we also like all the free apps that came with the TV and use them when we cant agree on regular TV

Great features but picture quality was lacking

The TV was the right size, had lots of neat features but alas the picture quality was very poor. I tried adjusting the contrast and brightness and other variables but none of them made any improvement. Picture was hazy and after trying to make it work, I finally returned the TV. Our previous TV that was 12 years old, had better picture quality than this one.

Good tv for price

The only remark that really would be negative is all of the settings. We finally got our tv adjusted and very pleased with the overall picture after all I did not splurge for the more expensive tv. Really this is a great tv for the price no doubt. As far as the settings I am sure all of the other brands have the same quirks.

No quality sound

I purchased and setup. My first disappointment was not all apps are available. You will need a streaming device to connect. I assumed by this being such a popular brand I would find almost everything I needed on this tv. Once I set everything up with cable, apps, and all. Got ready to watch a movie and NO SOUND. Let me say there was sound but it was like they were whispering and if you turned it up it sounded like busted speakers. So you will also need a sound bar. Decided to return. Great picture, some apps missing, but sounds issues are a deal breaker for me.

Nice picture

I purchased this TV on November 29, 2020 and everything worked great. Then December 12 a blue line appeared on the screen from top to bottom about 2 1/2 inches from the right side. I contacted Vizio on December 14 about the blue line. I sent in all required information and was given a case number. I received an email on the 17th and was told a replacement TV was shipped with a tracking number. I was told I should receive it by the 22nd. I spoke to the carrier today the 23rd and I was then told it had just left the shipping terminal on the 22nd which is on the west coast and I live on the east coast. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from Vizio customer service concerning the replacement of my TV.

Love the watch free button!

Satisfied with this tv. It has everything I was looking for. Wish there was a YouTube button on the remote but can live without it when all the apps pop up. Just a few clicks then my little ones are on YouTube. Well, I've always had a Vizio tv but this has got to be the best one yet!

Love it! No problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent TV. It travelled with us from AK to WA. When we plugged it in it started right up. I appreciate the automatic updates it does keeping the system running smoothly. I will be purchasing only Vizio in the future.

Works great as a monitor too.

Bought this about 3 weeks ago as a dual use TV and monitor for my Mac mini. Works great. Excellent resolution and can fit four pages of easily read text. Also hooked it to a Nintendo Switch when my larger Samsung TV had trouble syncing to it. Worked like a champ!

I love Vizio

I have been a Vizio customer for 9 years now. I purchased a 55 inch smart TV in 2011 and it still works great! My latest purchase was a 50-in UHD TV. Although, I wish there were ways to add more apps to this TV, I still believe that it was a great buy.

It's been a week

I purchased the 75" TV things have been pretty nice I do wish the TV could remember my email address so I don't have to enter it so much but other than that so far so good! Oh and it takes 2 people to set this television up from start to finish or you'll damage the TV just loading it into the vehicle and if not then it can happen just taking the TV out of the box!
