Constant problems with this TV wish we didn't buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV locks up constantly, can't even turn it off with the power button or remote. Only way to fix it is to unplug it. This review is now being requested because Vizio thinks this is a new tv, we had a power outage and again the tv locked up, required to be unplugged and the tv then didn't recognize our profile and had to be set up yet again as a new tv. Not a fan of this tv at all, hey Vizio if you are reading this how about sending us a better tv that works? I miss my Sony TV, why did I think this was going to be an upgrade…..

More than expected.

I bought this TV a month ago and I am digging it. I have 6 Vizio TVs in my house. This is not the biggest but it is the best. The addition of Amazon Alexa integration along with Disney+ makes this exactly what we needed for a price that could not be matched for all of it's features.

Okay tv

Would have given 5 stars had it come with a paper manual so one can access and learn all features. As it is,it's a hassle. They claim to be green friendly...okay but that only means that I have to print it out....so where is the green friendly in that?

Good TV

I've had this TV since about April 2020 and I can say that the quality and picture is amazing. The TV is easy to operate and has some great features. The only negative thing is that sometimes the TV freezes and has to be unplugged to start working again. Since my TV is mounted on a wall this makes it very difficult to reach the power cord. If this can be fixed it would be a perfect tube!

Excellent Television

We just bought the 50" T.V. after owning a 43" for many years and could not be happier. Vizio received excellent ratings and after viewing one in our local retail store, we saw for ourselves why they did get such high ratings. The features it offers are incredible, we highly recommend a Vizio to anyone looking for a "smart" T.V.

Sooo many Fearures to use!

Honestly I bought this on newegg refurbished and they had many low reviews saying that most of the things did not work but mine works just fine. No scratches, or defects of sort. At least any that I have noticed as of late. Its exceeded my expectations of how it would function.

Freezes

This tv consistently freezes on the smart set input and will not change inputs. Also on a regular basis the tv does not turn on with either the remote or by pushing the power button on the tv. I have to unplug the tv, let it sit for a period of time and plug it back up and hope it will actually come on or unplug it again.

Great Buy!

We bought this TV last month, and it was a great value for the price. The picture quality is good, and I love all the apps. The only downfall is that the sound doesn't adjust well with dialogue vs. loud scenes. The dialogue is very quiet and the loud sounds are very loud. But overall, a great tv for the price.

It's an upgrade, when it works....

I bought this tv as a way to stream shows without using another device, simple to put together out of the box & then SmartCast didn't work. I went to the website and did troubleshooting, no change...called the 800 number for customer service and repeated the same process to be told it was a firmware issue that will fix itself over time....2 days later it started working. If the store was accepting returns the TV would already be gone. Otherwise, picture is good and haven't really had any issues.

Great picture!

We've had ours almost a month and love the picture quality and how it looks overall in our entertainment center. Sleek design. The input feature is a little wierd as it does not stay when uuou select an HDMI; it bounces out. I have a little truobkke remembering where to find on air channels and I wish Air Pl ay allowed for Android connection, but all minor items. Mist requires familiarity. And the price was FANTASTIC for the quality of a TV.
