Excellent Product

Ever since I bought my first VIZIO TV a couple of years ago, I have been amazed at the features and quality. This new 50" 4K UHD is no different. We bought this for our master bedroom and wall-mounted it, replacing a 39" VIZIO. We are quite pleased with the clarity and features - and now I can reuse the 39" VIZIO in my home office!

Disappointed

I have had to reset it multiple times and then put in all my passwords to my apps over again. It's frustrating. It also will freeze up and go black. Only way to get it to turn off is to unplug it. At times, It won't show the home page at all, it will only access Netflix. I've only had this TV for about 3 months. I've never had problems with my TVs in the past so in my ignorance I didn't purchase protection.

Love it! No problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent TV. It travelled with us from AK to WA. When we plugged it in it started right up. I appreciate the automatic updates it does keeping the system running smoothly. I will be purchasing only Vizio in the future.

Best on the market.

I have had another Vizio and because it is such a great product I had to buy another one. The price is also great beating out the competition by a long shot. I have had LG which I bought for my son and it has cratered. Vizio is the best on the market.

Poor

So I've had this tv maybe two years… the tv randomly turns off or goes to a black screen.. the smart cast rarely works, the power button on the actual tv changes inputs instead of turning it on and off… the sound at level 100 is NOT LOUD at all… I lost the receipt a few days after purchases and was able to return… I love vizio … I have another flat screen vizio tv that isn't a smart tv that I've had for 7 + years.. NEVER had a problem with it… this one is a nightmare… if I could have returned it and traded it in a would have…

Very disappointed

My friend has bought Vizio TVs and had no problem. But she has the smaller ones. We should have known because we first got a 65" and the screen was broken, we returned the same day. The second one 65" had half the screen black and read the 65" had a problem with that. So we got a 60" and the sound doesnt match all the times, I have to turn it off and back on again. After every commerical it is off again. So disappointed and the sound isn't very good.

Great picture

This is the third Visio TV I have purchased and have been very pleased with all of them. This is my first smart TV. I bought it to watch DIY youtube videos in my shop(along with a little news and occasional football or nascar race). It is so nice to watch those videos on the nice crisp screen of this TV vs watching them on my pad or phone.

Reset and volume issues

I occasionally have to reset the TV because it does not seem to be working at times. Furthermore, when I press the volume control, it don't seem to be working for few seconds, and that's irritating because I'm not sure if the volume control is working. Other than that, the TV is ok.

Wonderful TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vizio V-Series is phenomenal! The picture and sound are really top-notch. I have been looking for a good TV and with so many options out there, this one is really in the Top 5 for me. Vizio never falls short of what I am looking for in a TV. It is a perfect size and the colors are perfect. I highly recommend the VIZIO V-Series® 58" Class 4K HDR Smart TV. if you are looking for a great TV, with all the trimming for the right price, then this is the one for you!

It's ok

I bought this thinking it would be just as good as a Roku Tv and I regret it! I wish I could get my money back for it. I've had to reset this tv over 10 times since I've bought it. Half the time it doesn't want to play or turn on. Just a total regret. Advice don't buy this tv! Get a Roku instead.
