Have Vizio TV's for the last 10 years, this is the first smart TV we have owned of four we use currently. Excellent price, couldn't ask for better picture quality and set-up was kids play. While friends purchase TV's for similar price or more they don't buy Vizio's and keep replacing far quicker than we have. Only one TV speakers blew out but that was caused by constant use at the loudest setting which literally blew the windows out too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This V-series have so many apps, you don't need cable or satellite to watch TV shows and movies but will need internet service to connect to the app's website. My only disappointment is there is no sports Apps for shows like ESPN and ESPN Plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great all over sound, just one issue, the cord connection for the small speakers needs to either be much much much longer, or not a square peg for a round connector that you can't find or buy anywhere else, sorry, that almost made it 3 stars, because, well... duh! Luckily I own a Dremel and a stupid thing like that will never cause me to not put the speaker where I need to put the dang thing, but obviously that's really not the correct fix for this obvious issue. :)

The size of my 40 inch screen and its being a HD set is such an improvement over our long-used 19 inch SD set! The colors and reality of the images is overwhelming! Frankly, the jump to screening services from just a SD lineup of shows is taking used to, especially the navigating around-- both horizontally and vertically-- to live and movie options. But it's coming along!

I bought this TV a couple of months ago. So far we are very happy with the TV itself however, the remote is another story. It appears to be made very cheap. We have found that we have to press the control buttons several times in order for it to work. We even Tried trading out the batteries to see if that would help and it does not.

I purchased a slightly smaller version on the Vizio after a divorce and needed something on a budget. When it came time to purchase a larger one and let the kids take over the smaller one, I purchase another Vizio. Chromecast is very easy to use, we love apple air play and there are plenty of ports for all of our accessories. My sons Xbox looks fantastic on this screen as well.

i bought this a couple of weeks ago and was impressed with the price point and features. i was replacing a LG that did not last very long. Setup was great and easy. Mounted easily into my existing space and the thin lines make it great to look at. Speakers - not that good for my space (open air area). One thing that I am trying to figure out if it is my TV or my setup/streaming service/internet is that the picture is not as crisp/clear as my LG. For the price point and size (65") everything else is better than i expected.

We have absolutely loved vizio's quality. So we bought our second tv I'm giving this 4 stars because the sound quality is lacking when watching regular TV. If playing a game on the ps4 the sound is great but if we are watching tv we have to have the volume way up to hear it.

I bought 2 tvs in January; this Vizio and another major brand, the other first. It's a great tv but set up was a bigger; couldn't find my WIFI, and had to redo several steps. The VIZIO set up was much different, and it's twice as far from my router. It virtually did the set up with almost no action by me! It has worked perfectly with a great picture and clear sound - we're VERY happy with it!

I needed to replace my 40" Samsung that stopped working, and luckily this 50" fit nicely in the cabinet where the Samsung was. Very crisp picture, good sound system, and a very nice 'smart TV' (Smartcast) to easily access Netflix, Amazon and tons of other content out there. Easy to move around being the lightest 50" TV I ever handled.
