I'm am beyond pleased with my new tv. The only down side is likely me not properly adjusting the sound. It sounds great but I personally preferred the sound quality of the tv it replaced. All in all, I deal with over 300 TVs of all different brands and sizes at my job and this is the most user friendly smart tv I have set up. It will take you automatically to what you were using last instead of to the smart cast menu when you turn it on. So much nicer than most of the other big name TVs.

I am happy as I always am with Vizio. The picture clarity is superb. All of the options of what to watch is endless. Chromecast couldn't be easier. The sleekness is always a plus. I watched the Vizio Thank You video on YouTube; it made me proud to own a television from a company that cares. So...Thank You Vizio

This is my second Vizio purchase after buying a smaller tv for my kitchen and have had good luck with that model.So far, so good with this baby-It was an easy setup process and it has excellent picture quality. Bought this for the bedroom and casual viewing. Hope it lasts a while!!!

Purchased 3 weeks past. Easy hook up and initial programming. There are so many free channels! I've not signed into all of them, but enough to have many viewing choices. I also have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Chromecast. I added a sound bar as the audio is, like my last Vizio, weak. May add additional speakers soon. Excellent value! Negative, no way to add apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a year now and it was working fine until recently. It would have its moments where it would freeze and I would have to unplug the TV for it to reset, but that hardly happened. About 2 months ago I lost the remote, so I started using the app in place of the lost remote. I am not sure if it is the app that is messing with the TV, or if the TV itself is starting to glitch out more. My TV now freezes at least once or twice a week, sometimes more. Other than having to get up to unplug it, it is a great TV with all the features that I need.

Great picture but some of the picture controls like Contrast, Color, Tint, Contrast are greyed out under the "Picture" menu selections. No explanation as to why. I will have to call and ask - can't see anything in the manual that describes this condition.

I bought this a while ago and I love this tv. It has 4K HDR and an amazing smart system. The remote is also compatible with fire sticks and my tv as well as It's generally a universal remote. The specs are great and looks amazing and is perfect for next gen consoles and it's good price wise. There is a gaming engine and when I game my custom settings automatically turn on, same with sports and movies. It's the perfect tv for everything and the first tv that is smart.

Got this for our bedroom and I have no regrets. I used a wall hanging kit that I had already installed for our last TV. Our old TV was only 32" but this 43" is much lighter and actually smaller overall because the frame is so small. Wow, the picture is just great.

We have only had it for a week and we had trouble getting access to the networks we needed for all the shows we watch.We also lost our connection and had to reset it once and it took us forever to find out what and how to fix it (we still had internet connection on the computer and phones). I guess it just takes time to learn since this is our first smart tv.

Bought it a month ago. I like the quality and all the features. The Watch Free that comes with the TV is a pleasant surprise being able to watch oldies and newly released. At this point I can't even remember what cable is... Con: it delays when update is needed and there is no alert letting you know. You just figure it out when you are wanting to watch your favorite TV show. It also cuts the sound out sometimes or delay the volume when trying to stream through fire stick (not a huge concern for me to give it a poor rating) I love my TV
