Good picture, sound. However, this was my second choice. My first choice was another brand, but I had to return it. I was going between the other and this one initially, so I decided to take the Vizio home for the exchange. With my first choice I could add and remove apps (streaming channels). However, you cannot do this with the Vizio. That is a major detractor. I should have done my research better. I was more concerned with component connections (which this one has plenty of). Thankfully I still have my Roku.

I bought this TV to replace a failing 39" unit. I did not get the warranty so, life is what it is. The only complaint I have is the side viewing gets fuzzy. Also I had to turn the sharpness all the way up to get the picture where I thought it should be. Overall, very happy.

However, I gave this a 4 star rating because the app and connection with Alexa need serious work. The app and connection work occasionally.

I bought this about last week and I have loved it. Excellent picture and great features nice big screen to watch all day. The only thing I would like personally is I would like the ability to add apps like from the Google store. For me that would bring it all around together.

When we bought this TV I was hesitant because I was not familiar with the brand. I am so glad we chose this TV because the picture is great and it has great features. I had really wanted a Samsung TV but they were not in stock, so glad that I saved my money, this has everything that I need plus more.

Purchased to replace a slightly smaller, still fully functional Vizio TV (not a Smart TV). Once setup with our cable provider (Suddenlink), TiVo, Vizio Sound Bar, DVD/BR player and Roku access it works great. Great picture and (probably) too many options. We love it!

I got it home and the smartcast features didn't work. It would only work over the air or using HDMI input. Took two months and repeated contacts with support before the thing was finally updated. It does work now, but probably would think twice about the brand in future. Once it works, it's great. And the TV in my living room is a 60" Vizio which has worked properly and looks great since we bought it.

It's been a very great TV. Once in awhile does have its updates as expected. But, when we first got the TV it wasn't updating properly and after 2-3 weeks it updated and finally worked. Customer service had us reset the TV hard reset and everything and it didn't work until it did it on its own. Since then it's been great and very well priced.

I can honestly say that this is the absolutely best television I have ever owned. It's got tons of features and apps that include lots of free tv which makes it a great choice for any cord cutter, but my favorite feature is the "one tap on my phone" feature that allows me to instantly cast media straight from my phone, laptop, or tablet. Truly deserves more than 5 stars.

We bought this on Thanksgiving, and we hadn't had an opportunity to set it up until May! We love the size and picture feels 3D. The sound is not great. It could be due to being in a large room. We're going to hook up a sound bar to see if that improves the sound quality. Other than that, it's super.
