Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 65in Vizio with this new 70in model and now it really feels like I'm at my own theater which is great due to COVID. Here are the feature I enjoy: 1. This new model has really good sound quality. I like the virtual surround sound feature. I think this feature is important for people who don't already have an AV receive and/or a 5 point speaker system. 2. I like the improved remote control compared to my 2018 Vizio. This one has dedicated buttons for my favorite apps: Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. This makes it easier to just press the button to go to that app instead of navigating through the Smartcast menu. 3. I LOVE the built-in smart features. I used to have a Roku, a Google Chromecast and have even tried an Nvidia Shield and other Android TV boxes. The apps included in Smartcast mean I don't need an additional device because everything is built-in. I use Smartcast every day to watch YouTube videos while I walk on my treadmill 2x a day. It makes working out a lot more fun! 4. I also like that the apps and software that power the Vizio are always being updated. That's important to me to have the latest fixes and new features available. I trust Vizio more than other brands to keep my equipment up to date. 5. Most importantly, I enjoy the crisp picture and vibrant colors. It's also great that I can customize all the settings to make the picture look exactly the way I want it to look if I don't want to use the default settings. I've yet to find anything I don't like about this new TV. This is my 3rd Vizio and I am always quick to recommend this brand to friends and family who are shopping for a new TV.

Love it

Absolutely love it! Bought for my living room. Just make sure when you first start it you take your time reading the Instructions on the screen and wait for it to update completely. It's Android and Apple friendly. So you get best of both worlds lol.

Had a scare

Ive had this for a few days I went to turn it on and the Vizio symbol flashed on the screen and then the backlight was the only thing on the screen with no visual or sound coming out I unplugged it and plugged it back in it came on it did the same thing I did it one more time however I unplugged it from the TV itself once I plugged it back in it said a firmware update and the TV will restart so please do not turn it off I thought the TV had quit working because all I got was a backlight with no audio or visual it would be nice if they notified you that you have a firmware update downloading but other than that it's a great TV budget friendly

Have some issues

I've had this tv for less than six months and I have a couple of issues. For example sometimes you can't access the main screen because the apps are too big( you can only see half of a huge app). Also sometimes I can't turn off/on with remote or button on the tv have to unplug and plug back. And a lot of times is says can't find network when my WiFi is working fine

Beautiful picture. Great features. one flaw

This TV was bought for my mother-in-law's space. It seemed great after initial setup, but when she tried to turn it on the next morning, there was no sound. The TV reported "no audio signal." I checked all the connections and eventually unplugged the TV and restarted, and the sound was back. Unfortunately, this was a chronic problem. Some research online confirmed that I wasn't the only person with this problem. Some people who shared their solutions seemed okay with unplugging each time they wanted to watch TV. Others tried other solutions. For convenience's sake, and because it wasn't for me, rather my mother in law, we returned the product to the place of purchase and bought another brand. If it had been for me, I may have experimented a little longer to try to find a solution. I have another Vizio TV, and have not had similar problems.

Good quality

I bought this a few weeks ago and it's really good. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because set up wasn't easy for me (had to do some trouble shooting) and support put me on hold all day. Other than that, it's a great product and I recommend it to everyone interested.

Best bang for the buck

This TV was easy to install on a wall mount. It has so many app and other features that it will require that I have it for some time before I sample all of them. With regard to those apps that I am using now, they all work as advertised. Again, there is a considerable array of them. Color, picture resolution and sharpness is excellent. I have attached a sound bar to my unit and now I have theatre quality audio. I couldn't be happier with my Visio.

Nice...at first

After having the TV for only 10 months, and barely using it, the TV stopped working as a smart tv- which was the main reason we bought it! Only option from Vizio was to replace it with a certified used TV. I did not want to take this option but was given no other choice. After an UNSCHEDULED delivery attempt, I had to call Vizio back to reschedule. I spent well over 5 hours getting my problem solved...and only got 3 month warranty on the used TV. I will seriously consider NOT buying a Vizio product again.

Best tv I've ever owned!!!!!!

I'm new to the “smart TV” game! This tv blows me away! All my apps on the tv makes life so much easier. Xfinity offers most of the same apps, but this is much easier to use. The picture is amazing and has many more adjustments the. My pervious tv. I'm a true believer now and VIZIO is my brand for life

Great features

I bought this 50" TV 4 days ago. I haven't had time to go through all of the features. I will say I'm on the fence because I have already had to reboot the TV. I don't think that is something I shouldn't have had to do. This is the second TV, the first one had a cracked screen so returned that one. I'm really hoping that was the only time I have to reboot the TV, if not that TV will go back as well. Other then that my watch time for the TV is under 3hrs. so I really can't tell you much.
