This tv has a few issues. 1, as I'm watching Netflix, Hulu etc it keeps blinking off and on to the main screen and back. 2, im constantly having to re-enter my wifi password. 3, the screen is soooo dark even when I adjust the brightness. I'm not sure how to reset it or fix the issue. Also, for this to be a smart tv it is very limited.

I do still love the brand so when it does go out I'll probably get another one, however I wish the customer service would be better when I called in for help with issues I have had.

Nice picture and streaming features. The only problem so far is that when streaming spotify from my phone, the TV stops the music when the song ends, so I have to hit "play" on my phone every song. Searching online, it seems like a long-standing problem.

Bought this for my young adult child with autism going into a group home.. Needed nice size (40") to wall-mount in bedroom. Easy to operate; she will primarily use cable, and needs to have cable come up and running when turned on, This delivers with cable box. In future, she may grow into streaming.

Finally decided to upgrade my 11 year old 32" HD TV and always thought Vizio TV's looked great and this one is even better than that. Once I upgraded my old HDMI cables the picture is excellent. I will get a new soundbar to go with I used to have a a Vizio and will get another one.

I heart this tv. For the price, it's just what I needed for my mom space. I bought the tv for my bedroom, it's sleek and has a good picture, but lately I'm having issues with various apps. Hopefully it will not be a long term issue, seeing as how it's four different apps I'm getting a little nervous. I've had it about a month now and appreciate the variety of apps and access to everythinggg as well as the sleek controller I lose in my bed that has six shortcuts. So far, I'm content. And to preface this review, I am typically more frugal with my five stars.

I bought this TV a little less than a month ago...now...and it's been amazing....the first one was broken (no picture and no sound) Made new delivery 3 days later and it has been just Wonderful! Thank you Vizio V series 65 " I am Loving my TV... Again Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I have it set up I am enjoying the features and the picture quality. We are having trouble with the sound and the picture freezing up but we think that might be do to our cable. We are looking into that currently.

As a long time customer of vizio, let me tell ya! These bad boys were built to last. I've been having a Vizio over a decade and it's still kicking. I bought a new one and it's even better with the control from my phone I love it. Definitely would recommend this brand, it's all we buy.
