I bought this tv a couple of weeks ago because it was the cheaper option that my husband wanted me to buy. ( I would have preferred a Samsung because I am more familiar with the brand and the apps it has available.) This tv is ok, there are only 85 apps available and it does not have any available for download. This includes HBO Max, Crunchyroll, Funimation, CW, SYFY, AMC+, and a host of others. If I want to see anything from those apps I have to cast it. (Which I hate having to do). It does have Chrome Cast and Air Play already installed so no extra equipment to buy there so I guess that's a plus but let me reiterate, you CANNOT download any other apps besides the ones on the main screen. There is no app store. Once you get used to all of the above, it is otherwise a decent tv. The color and sound are good and it does have Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, Prime video, and a few other popular apps already loaded and their navigation buttons are on the remote. I got around the other apps not being available by installing an Amazon Fire Stick. It's also very easy to link up a console for gaming. I really don't care for the brand all that much because I am a diehard Samsung fan for life but it is a decent tv for the money and if you don't care about what brand you buy but there is definitely room for improvement.

Had this TV a couple weeks now. I never owned a VIZIO but my mother and sister have. they never had any issues and the TV's had good pictures. The newer ones are incredibly better. The picture on mine was surprising from the beginning. I hooked my computer and game consul to it and the picture, game play, color depth are truly breathtaking. The size and price were great! VIZIO V-Series 50” Class 4K HDR Smart TV, V505-G9 with all the online apps I use in one package (no need for third party items). All around VIZIO hit a home run with this TV.

This is our second semi-Big screen VIZIO TV we have purchased in the past 18-months. We love the VCast feature, ease of setup and use as well as the price point. We replaced a 7 year old Samsung unit that had stopped working with the VIZIO, and didn't even consider shipping for Samsung this time around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing price for 4k, chromecast, airplay, smartapps, decent HDR, etc. This TV honestly does everything pretty well ESPECIALLY for the price. The only thing I could pick on is the speed of going through the main page but all TVs are laggy I guess.

I'm a avid movie watcher and gamer. I am highly impressed with the tv. The v gaming system for this tv is awesome and see no lag while playing on this tv. I have two other TVs I play games on and you can see the game lag on those TVs. This tv I see none and is just awesome!!!!!! I'm looking at other vizio TVs to replace my game tv I play on for sure.

Beautiful picture and great features. Have had several Vizio tvs and have always been pleased with them. Why the 3 star rating and not 5 stars? Can't get it to connect to my Echo Dot! Alexa keeps saying there's a problem even though it says the tv is connected! One of the reasons I chose this tv was because I wanted to be able to operate it with Alexa and I can't do that!

This is my second Vizio TV. The first one I purchased in 2009 and it is still going strong. I repalced my TCL I purchased 2 years ago that already burnt out with this TV. Set up with quick and painless. Piture quality is just as expectecd. Great TV for the price.

I never had a tv growing up and I finally bought this one and I'm kind of obsessed! It has super cool feature everything you need in a smart tv. Lots of apps including Netflix and Amazon prime video so you have the convenience to watch all your favorite movies and tv shows. Perfect size to sit back and watch sports. Amazing!!!!

I bought thos v series about 10 months ago and it worked great for about 2 months. Then the picture keeps going all funny so u can't see anything and everything couple of days I have to factory reset it so it will work with the remote and controls.all in all this tv was a big disappointment.

I replaced an older 32" 720P Vizio unit that I purchased when LED system first came out at a much higher price than I purchased my V405-H10 for. I waited until I could find a 4K unit that was a size I could put on the same wall mount that my 32" system used. In fact did not purchase it for the larger size. Also purchased the Vizio V51-H6 36" 5.1 Channel Home Theater Soundbar System which took it to the next level of viewing experience, and the combined price still came in under what I purchased the 32" 720P TV set for those many year ago.
