Great TV

I bought this TV a few weeks ago and so far it's better than my last Samsung. The picture quality is crisp and the in apps makes transitioning from app to app very easy. This is my first Vizio and it definitely will not be my last. The only issue I have noticed is sometimes it is difficult to cast from your device to the TV. I'm not sure if it is the signal strength or the device. For now, I will give this Product 4 stars until I determine what the issue is.

So far, So good.

Bought this smart tv just after black friday. Seems to be performing ok. It is a smart tv so we are trying to out smart it with little help. Sound not jelling with our stereo so far. Color seems great and we have streamed some internet tv. Wish it came with a written manual.

Great price but we'll see what the future brings

I bought this as a christmas present for my grandma. Our 49 inch Samsung started getting dead spots and I figured it was time for an upgrade. The only issue I've had this far are the speakers. I know when manufacturing televisions that it is commonplace to use whatever equipment that they can get for a mass deal so speakers tend to be on the lowest cost item they put into televisions. I am in the market for a sound bar now but this is no biggy. I am a fan of the picture so far and hope to see it age better than my Samsung. It outlived both my grandpa and my dad.

Not enough available apps

There's no way to pick and choose all the apps that I want to add. In this day and age people should be able to add any available app they choose and that's one of the major downfalls of this tv. Also, better gaming picture settings would make this tv better IMO.

Great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning several other brands, this has by far been the best! When looking at all of the options out there, reading review after review, I finally decided to go for it and went and purchased it. If you're like me and reading review after review and trying to get the best deal, just go buy one of these. You won't regret it.

Great TV

Bought this TV for our game room and had planned to use our Roku as we haven't had good luck with smart TVs. This TV gets great WiFi that we don't have to use the Roku anymore. Happy with the resolution and quality. Love Vizio! Still own our first flat screen Vizio from 2005

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent user interface and picture adjustment options. Easy to adjust and fine tune picture and sound quality. Good looking picture in 4k for a 60hz refresh model. Thin and light for a large tv with a modest bezel. In really enjoying it so far.

OK For the Price, Sort Of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price paid this TV is OK, sort of. It's 4K but lacks the stunning jaw-dropping clarity and resolution with which other lower-priced 4K screens have impressed me. The color accuracy is hit or miss depending on the source, especially broadcast channels. And finally and most importantly, it has developed a large and growing dark patch that, apparently, is a failure of the backlight matrix. It's distractingly prominent in more darkly lit scenes and noticeable in most other situations other than brightly lit ones such as sunny skies or highly lit interiors. The TV was purchased 18 months ago and the dark patch become noticeable about 6 months ago and has gradually worsened. Of course, the warranty was only for 12 months. I've titled this review "OK For the Price" because I did get it for an extremely low price, about half what it was normally retailing at the time, and I suppose I'm being generous and lenient because I'm a strong proponent of the old adage You Get What You Pay For; Buyer Beware, and all that kind of stuff. But yeah, I also feel I got a bit scammed because regardless of the price I paid it's unacceptable for a consumer product to fail this quickly. Had I purchased the extended warranty there'd be no issue, but why have to pay extra for what should be routine normal standards of quality control? Sux to be us, aye.

Great Picture

I got rid of a 15 year old 48" 1080i Sony with not smart TV options. This is quite a step up with the 58" 4K UHD with smart apps. Still needed a Roku to get some channels but no big deal. Very please with picture etc. After research this was a great price as well.

So Far the Best TV I have ever owned.

Hugh, clear, focused and defined picture. The internal speaker sound is good. I have a set of powered speakers and this TV has an external speaker out. The sound volume can be raised and lowered just like the internal sound with your controller. It is a smart TV and offers more than I will probably ever use. The setup was easy the TV searches the systems in your house and connects thru WiFi after you punch in your address code. Extremely happy with the purchase of this TV.
