Purchased a month ago and so far very pleased with it. One issue is that the software was updated the other night and now it no longer automatically recognizes my Directv genie. Have to go to another input source and then back to the genie. Otherwise it's great.

I like the apps on the TV I wish they would add the regular internet & sling TV app on the TV itself. I see you are adding apps on the TV constantly so I expect to see that very soon seeing the tracks record of Vizio. You have the best TV next to Sony. Your tvs are way better than LG any day. With the 4k hdr & an Nvidia Shield tv Pro with the Ai technology. This is the best TV for the graphics. It makes everything I watch lifelike from the frowns in people's 4 head to blood flowing in there veins, to which characters had lipstick & makeup on in them old shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This VIZIO 70" Smart TV offers excellent picture quality with great features at a very reasonable price. The performance meets all expectations whether we are watching movies, watching sports or gaming.

We bought this TV a month ago and have had theatrical movie nights ever since. Starting off, we didn't have any external speakers, but this TV is already equipped with great sound in the 50-90 range. We did notice some burn-in on the corners when viewed on a black background, such as start-up and on the home screen. There are also a few glitches with the apps, which may just be a feature we are not used to. When you open Netflix and search for a title, for example, if you do not fully exit the app before opening a new app, like a computer the app will stay opened in the background. This is awesome for searching around for a good movie to watch, but at some points the apps have caused the TV to freeze. We would turn the TV on and off, but even when turned back on, all apps are still on and selected to the last screen we were on. Unplugging for 15 seconds seems to reset the apps though. I recommend exiting apps before browsing on a new app. My family and I hope Disney+ is added soon, but even though it isn't, the Smart Cast and Air Play functions of this cover every other app not already installed. I bought this TV to replace a larger LG HDTV 55 inch without Smart Cast, and most of its internal memory was used to load apps and have internet options. This Television has no internet options in the Apps it provides. But it does have Smart Cast, Alexa, and pairs easily with sound bars, plus has about 45 apps that can be played immediately. With just minor delays while loading.

I just received my tv yesterday. It has great color and a beautiful picture. The only problem I am having is with the sound, I can not turn it up are down . It worked the first time I set up the remote then it quit and I haven't been able to fix it since. I hope I can get that taken care of soon because I really like the tv and don't want to send it back.

I just bought this TV since I always had a Visio and was pleased but wanted a bigger one. The sound isn't the best but I went into the settings and seemed to have fixed it to my liking. I also thought the picture was going to be sharper. But I'm satisfied with it for the price.

Great Picture but remote is hard to get use too. It is difficult to find the control buttons and is finicky to press them precisely. There is not direct controls to switch back and forth between TV source (i.e. Cable, Antenna etc.) and internet apps such as Netflicks, Prime Video, YouTube ect.

It's like having several televisions all in one. I didn't know I bought a smart television until I turned it on. Boy did I like all those apps and the many channels in it. I have been exploring some of the apps and I was satisfied. I am disabled so I am limited for movement so it keeps me company when I have nothing to do. It's in the bedroom so I don't have to go in the living room on my bad days. I really like my new television.:)
