Great TV, but missing a key feature

Very happy with our purchase so far. the biggest drawback is i have to use a third party (Amazon Fire Stick) to get Disney Plus. This really needs to be updated, along with an app-store that would let you choose your apps rather than having just a select few to chose from.

Great Picture

Was given to me as a Christmas present from my wife to replace an older 39" Vizio TV. which we had no issues. The picture on this V-series model is so much better than our older model. This will be the fifth Vizio TV we have purchased for ourselves and for family members.

Really enjoying it!

We also bought a Vizio sound bar and love how they sync and we only have to use one remote for both! My only complaint is that you can't add apps to the TV; my go around is to download the app on my phone and stream it to the tv. Example: I wanted to add the Discovery Plus app.

Warranty replacement not up to par.

I bought a tv, less than a year later it started giving me problems. The screen looked very magenta and I called the warranty department, they replaced it with a different model and now this tv sticks out from the wall more than my previous one. While the process to file a claim was fairly easy. The shipping company they use is horrible, it took 22 days to get my replacement. I'm Extremely disappointed that they can't even give you the same model or upgrade you for the troubles.

Full of features!

I bought this t.v. a month ago and am very pleased with the quality of the features and the materials used to make the t.v.. It has a bigger screen than others I've had prior! The features make using it so simple o ce it is all set up! Still learning and discovering fun tools and features!

I've been happy with most of this tv so far. Great picture quality, and it's fairly easy to use. However, the setting are confusing and don't seem to match up with the setting I find on the website, the airplay does not show up on my Apple devices, and the sound is very low and the screen occasionally freezes! Maybe someone can help me out

Great features

Clear picture is the obvious starter. Menu layout very clear and the main streaming apps have shortcut buttons on the remote (more than Samsung). Not to mention how quick I can mirror my phone IPhone to the tv. Also has 1 more hdmi input that Samsung and lg. Very happy with my choice

Bought as a display model

Got a great price on a really good TV. Haven't had it long enough to evaluate all features but my iPad hooked up to it with relative ease. As we do not have cable/satellite we use antenna but don't know if we can add individual channels or have to always go through a full scan.

Home screen didn't work

The home screen was completely black. After talking to a representative I was told it was a known issue and they are working on a update to fix it. I asked how long it would be and they told me they couldn't give me a time frame. So they expected me to keep a tv that I could use for Netflix or Hulu or even connecting a xbox to it and using it because the home screen wouldn't show anything.

Disappointed

I bought this TV a couple weeks ago just before Discovery+ channel was released. Much to my disappointment I found I cannot add other apps or channels to what is already preset on this TV. My Hulu now thinks it is in a central time zone and no matter what I have tried I cannot correct it. This is apparently a known issue as I visited the help section and many people have this same problem. Tried the reset tricks suggested but it still didn't work. I thought perhaps casting from my phone to the TV would work but after doing that for a few days the volume buttons on the remote no longer controlled the volume. I would push the button and 2 minutes later (I timed it) the volume would appear on the screen and change. I had to do a factory reset just to go back to using the basic remote functions. I have just decided to when I want to watch Hulu or Discovery+ I have to go to my bedroom away from my family or drag them in there with me and not use my brand new 65 inch TV.
