I wish I could give this tv a zero!

I am in the process of returning this Tv! It is a piece of crap it doesn't stay on the internet it freezes when I turned it on the screen was scrambled it had lines going up and down it! It acts like it needs to warm up before the picture can show! Very unhappy with this Tv and I wish I hadn't wasted my time or my money on it!

I have never said "I love my TV" unit this one!

My parents have Vizio TVs and I have been so impressed with the color and definition whenever I visit them- they live in a very rural part of Iowa with HD satellite. I finally bought my own Vizio and have been blown away! I truly have never had a television as good as this one- I just considered them a "thing" that is in the living room, but since seeing my parent's and now this one- I have raised my standards and couldn't be happier. A very happy new customer- thank you!

Amazing tv for modern viewing habits

I've owned this tv for over a year now and it has been the best smart tv experience I've ever had. The Smartcast hub is user friendly and great for “cable cutters” with a variety of free and subscription-based streaming services alongside Vizio's “Watch Free” tv network.

great for the price. system is slow

Got it a couple of months ago. Good picture, but it's cheapness is showing. Very slow to boot up first time and took like an hour for it to update and be usable via the updates it does over the internet. Also no signal strength meter for tuning your antenna. It had also glitched a couple of times on color, but turning it off and back on has fixed that.

It's pretty good

I like that I can access all my streaming service but how every I have had the tv for about 3 weekend and I have had some freezing and lagging issues. While watching Hulu the audio started to be distorted. All I had to do is turn it off then back on but that's should be the case for a 3 week all tv. Other than that picture and sound are great

Great 4k TV for the price.

I needed to upgrade from a 1080P tv from 2014 and this vizio was just the right price for what I needed. I mostly use my tv for video games and movies/streaming and the picture quality is very good. Some of the coloring is a bit dark, but that is a simple settings fix if it is really troublesome. It has netflix, prime video, hulu, and other services which is a nice touch as well.

Awesome besides one issue

So I picked up a Vizio TV when I was in high school it was the first 32 inch 1080 TV of its kind it's been used as a gaming TV the computer screen for all the desktops I've had and it has never failed me even to this day and I've now pass it on to my children so I decided instead of going with Samsung LG or any other brand I went with this Vizio 70 inch has a super great color everything about the TV I like besides the fact of the Internet ran apps and smart casting sometimes you'll go to click on YouTube and your screen will turn into a jumbled mess of lines and it flashes now you can hear sound but it will keep flashing you will have to exit whatever app you're in whether it be Netflix or prime video Hulu it don't matter you have to completely reboot the TV to factory settings to get it to Now it is random and I've had this TV for maybe a month and I've only had it happen four times but it's super annoying No I also have a Visio sound bar and using digital optical cable and sometimes I'll try to turn up the volume press the button up or down for the volume nothing happens and then five minutes later the volume change itself like it has a extremely long lag time the best way for me to fix this issue was to not use the sound bar but for the price and size of this tv and all the access to apps still makes it worth it from me I do like the bevel on the tv And that it does have the ability to be controlled with my phones and using Alexa or my google speaker

Worked well for 3 years...

...then it lost video display that showed colored vertical straps that changed and eventually a dark screen. Audio worked and displayed 2 white strips when controlling volume. Had to purchase a replacement. Otherwise, it was OK. BTW, I still have one more that

wifi reception is terrible.

I installed the TV a couple of weeks ago and got readings from the TV saying that it was receiving only 750 kbps. I tested my signal several ways and all of them said I was getting 10 Mbps. All of my other WiFi devices work fine in the same room but sometimes the TV would not even receive the signal. I eventually went and bought a WiFi extender which helped but the TV still only shows a signal of 1500 kbps. I called your tech support twice once to get the update to work and then shortly after to try to get the WiFi to connect. They finally got it to connect but only at the low rate (500kbps). After reading the internet about this issue in order to try to fix it, I found that this is a common issue. I will do a lot more research if I ever think about buying another Visio. Very disappointed in your products ability to preform a simple task like WiFi connection. Ben

Returned the following day

Though the quality of the picture was pretty good not being able to add additional apps to the TV was a non-starter for me. The only way to get what I wanted it would have required me buying something else (Roku/Fire Stick). I had a Vizio Plasma that lasted for year only reason for the upgrade the TV was too heavy and fell off the wall. Lost a customer ended up going with Samsung instead.
