This is my second Vizio TV, my first being purchased in 2009 and still in use. I did not really even bother to look elsewhere as I have been so happy with that TV. The Vizio V-Series provided me affordable entry into 4K and has been a great upgrade.I love the ease of maneuvering inputs as well as the WatchFree connection to PlutoTV. I want to say Thank You to Vizio for such a great product, again. I look forward to a long relationship.

I bought this TV last September 2020. I got it setup and connected the HDMI cable to the STB and ethernet cable to the TV. Navigating the various inputs seems cumbersome. Pressing the Input button displays a horizontal menu you have to scroll through to find the desired input. There is Smartcast, Airplay, Watchfree, CableBox and any other devices you might have connected like the Switch. You have to be quick to choose because once you stop scrolling it will change in about a second. Picture quality is pretty good, but a the moment I don't have any 4K sources available so I cannot comment on that. Sound quality from the internal speakers is poor. You should consider purchasing a sound bar for decent audio. There appears to be a problem with the optical connection to the sound bar. The audio does not sync well with the video. There is an adjustment in the TV settings to compensate for that but it did not work as well as I hoped. The most noticeable issue with the TV is the faulty input logic on the control board. Frequently, the TV refuses to turn on by either the TV controls or remote. It simply does not respond to the controls and the only way to reset it is to unplug the power cable. I have to do this at least a dozen times a week and it is tiresome. I wish I could unload this TV but it is unlikely I would recoup half of what I paid for it.

About 4 months after I bought this TV the display went out. I turned it off working just fine the next morning I turned it back on and the was white I could see that it did have an image in the background barely if changed the channel only because the background would change a different shade of white. Called the service center they gave me so things to try only for it not to work and then then me they where sorry there was nothing else they could do for me. But give me some recommendations of service places to take it to if I wanted to have it looked at.

I bought this a few months ago, I always get Vizo when it comes to needing a TV and will continue do to so and recommend to family and friends. It has a beautiful picture and gaming feature when your playing games, the sound is spectacular and amazing feature it comes with; like free channels and movies.

We were shopping for a replacement TV for a bedroom and were pleased to get a quality Vizio product for the price. Set up easy and picture quality of great. Wish we had more options to adjust sound quality (equalizer). We're sure this will be another quality Vizio product for our home for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 4K TV is perfect for my office and delivers great performance and picture and plenty of inputs. I use it with an antenna, Google TV (for streaming), and a Nintendo Switch and have no problems. The only complaint I would have is something that affects almost every television on the market, that being the included speakers do not deliver quality sound. I added a sound bar and eliminated any sound issue.

Easy setup, great picture. Hung it on the wall and the picture looks great. We were considering using the legs, but chose to hang it on the wall. We put the legs on and they seemed a little unstable, but again, ended up not using them anyway. Easy to use remote and the on screen displays were easy to use.

I've only had the set for two weeks, so there is still some learning to do.It meets - and exceeds - my expectations with two small tweaks required, in my opinion. First, the remote could be made a little more intuitive. Second, and extremely helpful to older consumers (I'm 74), a hard copy of the users manual would significantly simplify set-up and adjustments.

In past 10 years we have bought 6 Vizio TV's and we love them all! The newer they get the better the picture and the features are awesome!. Most importantly they are in our budget! Recently we bough Vizio V-Series 40" for our son and he loves this TV. Especially easy access to the apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime and AppleTV, other streaming features are great too. We use SMARTCAST and AirPlay everyday. Google Home/Apple Home is very handy too. Those are just some of the great features that we use on a daily basics. There are a couple of streaming apps that are missing, but we hope that Vizio will add them in the nearest future. For example, we are hoping to see Sling soon! Perhaps a capability to add your own apps sounds great! We enjoy our Vizio TV's and will keep buying more in the future. We definitely recommend this brand to others just because it's a great TV!

I've had it a few months. The sound was off at first. I don't have cable and I had an old firestick so the 4k features were useless to me. I have a 4k firestick now and everything seems to be fine. To be fair, it could be user error. I just want to plug it in and watch. I don't care about the fancy updated technology.
