Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 3 of the 4 Vizio devices in our house. Each product is great in it own way. This TV in particular is great to use, interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Plentiful apps for use. Easy to update as well.

Still learning

Have only owned it for 2 weeks. Tech dept(kids) still training me. Enjoy smart features and wifi hookup. Relly enjoy hdmi ports. Added sound bar, only concern is whenever want to change volume sound bar turns on automatically. Sometimes sound bar doesn't add to the program being watched. It can give an echo sound as in a cave like. Rest of tv is awesome.

Good 4k tv for price

One thing aggregate me is when I first bought this tv and into first update I was able to change screen aspect ratio within the tv settings for tv (installed apps and source with HDMI) with uhd color on ..but the 3rd update took changing screen aspect ratio away period unless I use hdmi source at 1080p or less resolution and turn off uhd color

Awesome product!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The 4K is amazing, the picture quality and range of colors on the picture is incredible, and the apps featured on the tv are very handy! I would definitely recommend VIZIO and this specific model to anyone who asked.

Remote issues after update and reset

After using the factory admin reset the remote that came with my Visio would no longer allow me to select options on the reboot steps. I am pretty displeased and am unsure how to fix the issue. I have tried all trouble shooting. I've had it for about a year and now I'm not sure what to do..

Great crisp picture!

I love this tv, I'm only having 1 problem that's driving me crazy & any tips would be great! I can't seem to pair my cable (RCN) remote with my TV & its making me crazy to have to use 2 remotes! Other than that, I love that all my streaming needs are right there and all I had to so was sign in 1 time & now everything is all set for me to stream at the push of 1 button instead of a couple. The sound is good , could be better but it could also be where I have the TV set up no place for the sound to bounce around! All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase & I would definitely purchase a larger one for downstairs if that done happens to go like my bedroom one did, which by the way was also a Vizio flat screen from when my daughter who is now 25 was about 10 when I purchased it for the living room! It lasted that long & I'm sure this one will too!

Good Value

Easy setup. Great picture and sound. I am happy with my purchase. My suggestion for improvement involves the QR scan. I scanned the QR code for documents. I discovered I had to get a file mgmt ap to get the documents. Never was successful. That needs to be corrected.

After a month, still enjoying the TV

We had a Vizio 60" HD prior to this one, and getting UHD Dish finally drove us to get a 4K unit. The only issue we've run into is probably due more to how we have it connected than anything else. When we first turn on the unit sometimes it doesn't recognize the Hopper input, even though it's already set to that HDMI input. We simply choose another HDMI input and then switch it back and it works fine.

Concerns

We bought 2 of these and with in the 2 weeks we have owned them we had to reset on of them once and 2 times on the other because there was no sound when the TV was turned on. You also have to turn the volume number up in the 40's/50's to hear if not higher. Other than that we have enjoyed the picture.

VIZIO is a good product

We bought another Vizio when the old one died after 14 years. Old one was 47”. This one is 58”. We like the bigger screen and the picture and sound are better than our old one. The drawbacks are that the TV on the stand is wobbly. Yes, it is screwed in well. Also, I use headphones thru the RCA outs so that my husband doesn't have to listen to it loud. Just like with the old Vizio, I can hear the output from the TV as well as the headphones, but either there is a delay in the output from the jacks in the back or there is so much treble on the TV sound that this is causing the delay. I'm trying to find out how to lower the treble on the TV.
