I needed something to give me an extra boost of energy and caffeine. Taste great and easily portable. Put it in my lunch bag for work when I’m drinking water. Highly recommended.

I LOVE that these are sugar free! They are such an easy way to jazz up plain water to increase your water intake. Plus theyre way more environmentally friendly than buying full bottles of flavored water!

I feel as though you have to use a lot of the product to get a substantial amount of flavor in your water. But, once you've done that it tastes amazing, like Kool-aid but gives you a sudden burst of energy with no crash. very affordable.

I love these. This is my favorite flavor so far. I keep this in my purse, when ever you want a little splash of flavor with a kick of cafffejne, this is your best friend !!

Tried the black cherry Mio with caffeine… can’t say I noticed any real difference with the caffeine (in terms of a pick me up, or coffee alternate). The taste is ok, better than others, but still only okay

This has a great flavor and taste! It is easy to bring to work, it is compact, and has the energy I need to get me thru my nightshifts. Not to mention, you stay hydrated while getting the energy you need

I love these Mio energy liquid water enhancers. They really help boost up your energy throughout the day and they taste pretty good! I do like to mix some of these with some vodka and seltzer to keep it macro friendly ! Lol enjoy ;)

I honestly love all the flavors of mio they add so much flavor to your water if you're not a big water drinker definitely had some mio into it and you'll be fine

This is really helpful if you’re struggling with getting your water intake in. I didn’t really notice a difference in my energy after drinking though.

Great tast! No calories or sugar. I'm not real sure how much enervy it really gives though. And if you're like my husband you might need a couple extra squeezes for enough flavor. But two is enough for me.
