I don't know if this really helps with energy but they let you flavor your water fast and easy so I definitely suggest it. They're affordable add ins and taste great! Also you can add as little or as much flavor as you want.

I always choose Mio over powered flavors. You can choose how much or little of a serving you want, it’s cleaner, more potable and easier to use then powder packets. The flavor is outstanding and it reduces waste. I would recommend giving it a try!

I put two long squirts into my 32oz water bottle each time I am at work. It really does keep you up. I don't do measurements, so 2 squirts are probably way too much caffeine. But it works!!!
