Im not great at drinking energy drinks but I can drink endless water. When needing a pick me up, I use Mio berry storm enhancer for energy. You can choose how potent you want it and it has a great flavor! It doesnt make you feel jittery which I also appreciate.

I am not a huge fan of unflavored water. I have been using Mio to flavor my water for well over a year. I absolutely love it. It has helped me drink less soda, and I like knowing there are no added sugars in Mio. My only complaint is that I sometimes get a weird taste in my mouth after drinking Mio. It feels almost like theres a coating of something on my tongue which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, this is not enough to keep me from using and enjoying Mio producta.

I love MIO! I keep different flavors around for my “bored of water” days. This one has caffeine included which is great, so I don’t have a caffeine crash in the middle of the day without coffee. I love being able to keep them in my purse, car, you name it. 🥰

This little thing gives me enough caffeine for 5 to 7 days. I add it into my water in the morning before I leave the house. It's definitely a cheaper option for caffeine. I will carbonate my water occasionally and add this. It's a great way to have it.

Great flavor and very convenient for adding flavor to whatever size water bottle you have. You can squeeze the amount you need and save the rest. It does last a long time and a little squeeze goes a long way. However, I cannot tolerate artificial sugars, they cause me to bloat. Mio does not effect me as much as other brands, but I still limit my usage so I don't get bloated. The MiO energy does work well to provide a decent amount of energy, nothing crazy, but similar to a cup of coffee.

This stuff is good for people who dont like the natural taste of water. The only negative is that this specific flavor leaves my mouth dry. I also dont notice much differoin my energy, so i dont think this actually has any benefit to that. Great almost grape like flavor

Im a big fan of mio because they are so convienent to carry around and I love that they are liquid instead of powder because it mixes in with water a lot better. The strawberry pineapple is my favorite flavor . Ive always loved fruity flavors and the fact that it comes with caffeine and can give me some energy for the day is amazing !

Absolutely delicious! I used to drink the vitamin water acai berry but it has alot of sugar and so when I got to try this I was excited, they taste great and I love how I can customize the flavor intensity! Ok so this flavor goes fast! It is honestly my favorite by far. It will give your water that juice taste without being to much if you know what I mean. This flavor goes perfect with any meal and doesnt over power your taste buds with the feeling of it being too much.

I love this flavor! It is really delicious and very refreshing. I will say that compared to other water enhancers it’s flavor is much better. The caffeine and energy boost is steady and sustains for a long time. The Mio brand in general is awesome and I would definitely recommend it.
