I have a lot of health problems and, as a result, have to take a lot of medications. I was told by my doctor that I needed to increase my water intake significantly to help my kidneys process the amount of medications that I take. I was also told to avoid the energy drinks that I used as part of my morning ritual. I came across this product when I was looking for an alternative to my energy drinks that would be healthier. Since I've started using this water enhancer, I have completely stopped drinking energy drinks and I have increased my water intake from one bottle a day to about four bottles a day. I use the Mio Energy in the morning and the regular Mio later in the day. The strawberry pineapple flavor is one of my favorites. It has a great flavor without being overwhelming and it doesn't have any sort of lasting aftertaste. I also like that you can customize the amount of flavor you want in your water. For example, they recommend two squirts of water enhancer for a 16 ounce bottle of water but I only use one squirt. I definitely recommend giving this product a try if you are looking for an alternative way to get your morning caffeine fix. And don't worry about lagging - each squirt of this water enhancer has as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

I think I got this for free which is honestly the only reason I had it. Sometimes I really dislike water, but as someone who works in the outdoors I know that I need it and so adding mio was a great way to do that. If you want to add some flavor to your water and think that it’d help you drink more, then I definitely suggest you try mio.

I love these. I love that there’s energy in just a squirt of water flavoring. The taste is strong and datasets amazing. One squirt goes a long way, and so the bottles last me a very long time. They are so handy and easy to take on the go! I love these and all of the flavor options. 

I wasn’t sure I’d love this because of the pineapple, but it ended up being amazing. It tastes so good and it’s unbelievable that something can have this much flavor with no calories or sugar! It gets me to drink more water and also has the perfect amount of caffeine to drink in the afternoon at work without getting anxiety or keeping me up all night.

This is one of my favorite flavors. I hate whenever they are sold out at the store. I would definitely recommend this flavor. :)These are great if you are trying to drink more water but want some flavor. The pink color on the packaging is definitely very intriguing.

Good flavor. I like the bottles as I can adjust the flavor strength easier than with the powder packet water enhancers. Easy to keep in your purse for travel. Makes ordering water when you go out convenient when you don’t do carbonation and nothing else but water is available this is a nice way to feel like you are enjoying a flavored beverage.

The flavor is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I use these to flavor our boosted teas. This product gives the same flavor as the expensive mixes that our nutrition club uses. Its usually on the grocery list every week. Black Cherry is one of our favorites.

MIO drink drops are pretty good. They are a little too sweet for me, but the taste isn't bad. I like that you can add as much or as little as youd like, depending on how much water you have in your glass or water bottle. You can also add more or less depending on how much flavor you want. I recommend these to others, but I'm a plain water person so these just arent for me.

From what I can remember when I was younger, I used to LOVE this stuff. I used to even just drink it straight it was that good. It definitely gives you energy especially a little kid. If you use too much it can become sour but use the right amount and it's not too sweet or not too sour. highly recommend!!

I often don't drink enough water throughout the day, and sometimes I just want it to have a little flavor in it. Mio is great, it doesn't sweeten the water a bunch but still makes it taste great. I like that I can control how much I put in the bottle, as I like a lighter amount than recommded. I also like not having to deal with packs of powder that get everywhere and stain counters.
