After 4 months this LED stopped working. Only 1/2 the led's came on. I returned it and then had to purchase a new one. So far all is good. I'm not sure its working on my face but hoping after some time it will make a differance.

Still can't figure out how to properly attach this on. I haven't used it that often because of fit. I have the omnilux face led mask and the omnilux hand Like that brand better

It is So Great and working well. It seems to bring out more creepiness with the lighter complexion.

Just makes my skin look and feel so great...I look forward to it every night. Definitely seeing amazing results. Cannot recommend enough.

Would be 5 stars. Nose flap is not split in 2 like other masks. Creates great pressure on nose bridge. Other than this unfortunate design flaw, I think it’s the best mask for red light therapy.

I can’t give you a percentage improvement but only say I do see it and feel it. Particularly after a few months. I don’t care for the neck strap. I use a head band as it’s quick and never pulls on my hair.

While the neck mask covers a large area, it does not fit comfortably around the neck area. The velcro straps provided are way too large to close properly.

I am 67, little skin care until late 50's when it hit me it's now or never. Have been using the neck perfector for over 5 weeks due to reviews of two "mature" beauty posters on youtube and their delight with their purchases. I have seen a subtle smoothing of my neck lines...enough to get me excited. I have also been very impressed with the response from the company when I contacted them with a question.A perfect combination of product and service.

There’s a subtle but noticeable difference in my chest and neck. The color evenness and texture has definitely improved. I am very satisfied with my purchase, if I can ever find a discount promo code, I’ll seriously consider purchasing the face mask.

I like the timer on this and the fact that it's flexible and mostly lightweight. I have been using a handheld LED device for a few years so it's hard to say if the Neck Perfector has "worked" as I bought it to be a more hands-free maintenance of what my handheld devices have achieved. And since the condition of my skin had remained the same, it seems to be doing its job. I also like that the charge lasts a long time.The problem is that it is so awkward to put on and wear. I think it was supposed to come with two different length velcro straps - I received just one, and that one is long enough to wear as a belt around my waist. It is hard to cinch it because it is so long, it wraps around my neck almost three times and then the ends have to be origami-ed to make it close. And it never really holds the device firmly against my skin since it the velcro slips and loosens with any move I make. And the decolletage portion never lies flat because the charging interface and cord that permanently hangs off one corner of it are heavy and pulls it off kilter. Plus, it's awkward to thread the cord through my shirt, especially after wrestling with the velcro neck strap. I had hoped to be able to wear this while doing other things, but the constant adjustments I have to make to it to get it to stay on and flat to my skin means it's easier to just sit there like a statue.
