Redeemed this gift card for Macys card and the process went smooth. Was able to get the Macys gift card in minutes and was able to use it on Macys site for purchase.

Ridiculous process with SOOO much BRAIN DAMAGE, just to save $5. Not worth it! Should've spent that hour with walking my dog.

false advertisement, the brand on the front of the gift card isnt available (chewy) and the alternative I picked would not let me chdck out. automation service say wait 24 hours but it does not get solve. Do not buy!

They advertise gift cards for places and when you go to redeem they do not have those gift cards!!! I bought this for bath %26 body works because the logo is literally on the gift card, but I was not able to redeem it for Bath %26 Body Works or anything else I wanted!!! SCAM! LITERALLY ILLEGAL! I'm shocked Sam's Club is even selling something like this!!!!

It shows Chewy as a place to redeem but when going to redeem it that’s not an option. Not sure what other brands are missing.

Right on the front of the packaging, it says that the card can be used at Bath and Body Works. However, that store is not a choice on their website. Customer service told me to deal with Sam's and Sam's told me that Zillions is responsible. Don't fall for their bait and switch practices.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. When I purchased this card I had clicked on the link to see where I could redeem it for, and I was excited to be finished with christmas shopping by getting some teenagers what they wanted. After I purchased I logged on to redeem and lo-and-behold, there are only 16 out of the over 300 places, and NONE of them were anywhere that I wanted. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I called the company thinking maybe there was a mistake and I was doing something wrong, and they basically told me "That sucks". Luckily I was able to get a full refund from Sam's Club, but not everyone can be so lucky.
