I have been a loyal Bounty customer for years, but I will be looking for a new brand. The recent changes you've made to the product are terrible. Such a disappointing transformation -- these new paper towels fall apart and are less durable than a dollar store brand. I will not buy your product again unless you revert to the previous version. So upsetting.

Love the absorbancy of Bounty towels but they need to change the name of the Select A Size to Guess The Size! As long as they've been making towels you'd think they'd have the ability to make the perforations large enough to allow the towels to tear easily and consistently every time. Maybe they're just too cheap to replace the cutting blades that make the perforations and they're calling it a cost savings. Either get your quality control up to speed or rename the towels.

I have tried other paper towels and then tried Bounty paper towel. I have to say that the Bounty products completely bypasses all other paper towels in terms of great moisture absorption. It feels more like cloth than it does paper. Ever since I've tried the Bounty paper towel I will not even buy other paper towel products or no name products, even if they are free. That's how great Bounty towels are. They are the BEST paper towels in the history of paper towel making! I go all over town trying to look for Bounty sales and if I can't find any I will go and buy them at the regular price. I will not buy any other. I am a faithful Bounty Paper Towel user and I will never go back to any other. I always recommend this product to all my family members and any one else I come across and now they,too, are Bounty product users. A Faithful Bounty paper towel user.

I'm 70 years old and have used Bounty for as long as I can remember but they have changed. I prefer the full sheet size but the only ones I can find is the select a size. One sheet is too small and two sheets is too much, which is wasteful. Most of the time two sheets separate when you don't want them to. The quality has changed for the worst. They're nothing like the soft absorbent Bounty of old. I used to clean my glasses with bounty but no more, Bounty will now scratch expensive plastic lenses. Please bring back the original soft full sheet Bounty that we all used and liked.

09/19/2022 My wife says that she can no longer neatly rip the select-a-size towel in half. She says that the pattern was changed or something. What gives? The wrapper has no info on any changes that I can see. Thanks for any feedback on this trivial issue.

Despite the “spin” that customer service offers, Bounty has changed. It is indeed less soft, feels thinner, doesn't separate from the roll properly and sheets separate upon use. There is only one way the product can sustain differences like this - the process must have been changed. It feels like the brand I no longer use. Please revert to the old process.

It works for everything from spills in the kitchen to wiping your nose if you can't find any tissue in time. I use a lot of paper towel in our house because we use it to clean our salt water fish tank. Bounty select a size ensures I never use to much but it still scrubs all the salt residue away.

I couldn't believe how poor the quality is with the new select the size towels. I said to my husband we bought Bounty, right? I thought it was some sort of prank that was being played on me. I'm not sure why the towels have changed, but they do not work the same as they used to. I am now going to be searching out a different brand. Unfortunately, you will be losing a loyal customer unless you change it back to the original. These are like cheap dollar store towels and fall apart when you use them and don't absorb.

We've been buying the triple rolls for many years but getting fed up with the poor perfing, especially when paying premium prices for inferior quality (we're finding other lower priced brands have less perf issues). YOUR MANUFACTURING NEEDS TO CHANGE THE PERFING BLADE...it's shortsighted to give a bonus to manufacturing for cutting corners because the price will be lost customers/revenue.

I'm so happy with Bounty paper Towels. The best on the market!
