At 80 years of age, I have purchased large multi-packages of Bounty paper towels for many years and have been pleased with the consistency of the quality of the towels. I was especially pleased with the issuance of the innovative select-a-size version, which cuts down on waste. Imagine my disappointment to find the deterioration in quality in my most recent purchase of a package of "6 super rolls = 11 regular rolls". Not only is the change in texture of the paper more course, the towels do not now tear easily or evenly. Very irritating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love bounty select a size, the paper towels itself is so absorbent, and when you have three kids you never know how big of a mess you're going to come across. So I like that I am able to take just what I need from the roll of paper towels.

I used to use Bounty and then switched to another brand for a few years. Then I switched back recently. While I like how absorbent Bounty is, trying to grab one small Select A Size sheet without tearing in half is nearly impossible. It’s like you guys don’t perforate the seems properly anymore. It’s annoying and I’m changing back to the other product as the daily annoyance is a deal breaker.

I bought a huge case of defective Bounty Select-a-size paper towels. They are not properly perforated and won't tear. I couldn't find a way to contact the company since I am not on Social Media. Bounty should compensate me for this, but I have no way of asking them to! Shame, they used to be the best paper towels made. I'm switching after 30 years!

I purchased your select a size towels with prints. The color comes off on my white surfaces & on my hands, This happened with the red, pink & blue colors. I am very disappointed that this made a mess of my counter. I have always used bounty products but I will never buy these printed ones again.

I use paper towelles for everything and always by the "pick a size" in the largest packages possible. They always perform to my liking and needs, be it the children or floor that needs a quick wipe. I also prefer to use them on the counter and toss rather than possible spread of germs with a sponge, etc.

I love your paper towels so I gave the highest review. However I bought the 8 big roll pack that had a roll missing. No holes in plastic and 1 roll was laying sideways so it felt normal. I didn't notice until I got home. So I will be checking my future purchases, this is just a heads up on your packaging process...... might need a tweak;)

I have been a bounty user since day one. My Mom was always a bounty user. May have skimped on other products but BOUNTY was always #1. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO BOUNTY? Recently I have found that the Select-a-size disintegrates on contact with liquid. It also is leaving white tiny pieces of paper when you use it to wipe. It is like a sponge but does not hold together. I will continue to buy this and hope that these things will be straightened out. I would love to know why the change. I know I'm not doing anything different. Help me understand cause I do not want to change products. thanks

I have tried other brands, both top and store brands thru the years, and nothing has come close to my Bounty! And I tought there was no way Bounty could improve any more, but now since the select a size has come out I could not be happier. You will find no other paper towel in my house. Thank you Bounty!
