I have tried several brands of probiotics and these have stabalized my digestive issues more than any I have ever tried. I've lost a few pounds but I have also tried to cut back on my calorie intake so I'm not sure if they helped with the weight loss. These are the only probiotics I will use from now on. I regularly have healthy bowel movements but understand the importance of a good probiotic and am on my journey to loose some pounds. I started taking these thinking the other reviews couldn't be correct, but these capsules do in fact lead to constipation. Which is NOT what I'm looking for. I've gained weight which I presume is primarily gut matter… eww.

The ingredient list was not disclosed on the description, I took the product for 3 days and developed a severe case of hives. When I lifted the label to reveal the full ingredient list, I found 2 items that I am allergic to. I feel that anything with shellfish should be made known immediately upon reading the description.

it gave me such awful heartburn. i stopped using it. i hope to use it again. with better results
